Tried buying a used vehicle from James Grumme Auto sales on rt 144 in glenmount, . Got All paperwork done i go home ran the #vin number and find out engine was blown in it. i called and she said we do that all the time. i laughed and Got money back.

Bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze from them. Few weeks later check engine light back on and reading 5 codes. Also car stuttering when driving and cat didn’t even have oil in it: when I called the owner was very sarcastic and snotty. They were friendly up until I bight them car and then the friendly ness went out the window. I’m reporting them to dmv. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

Zero stars actually!!! I bought a $5,000 car from them. The head gasket was bad they said they fixed it but it was fixed improperly. They then traded me a different car and gave me a car that was worth $2500. That car also had issues! Every time I brought it in to have the work done on it they would make up An excuse as to why it could not be done or say that nothing was wrong with the car when my mechanic clearly stated that those parts needed to be replaced. i ended up paying double for a car and they never fixed any of it's issues! DO NOT buy from them!!!

Bought a car from this lot with a bad catalytic converter. Drove off the lot with a blue inspection sticker and not even 50 miles later my engine light was on and I called to set up an appointment to get it CLEANED and or REPLACED and my calls were not returned and my number was blocked.

I bought a truck from them, had a few issues that needed to be repaired, which they were more than happy to fix. From start to finish everyone I talked to was extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend buying from them and I absolutely would do business with them again.

Bought a Chevy equinox from here, drives great , well worth the money. About a month after getting car it had a minor break issue which they fixed no problem it was ready the next day I dropped it off. Great ever since. Would recommend this is a great lot with awesome patient people

It appears that all of the sayings and jargon associated with used car dealers are alive and well and in fact doing quite well due to the support of these realities by this business.

Actually he's not that bad he's very nice he's been very helpful since I bought my car almost a year ago and I really love my car I've had issues but you're always going to have issues when you have cars especially when you buy used cars but he's been very helpful and fixing what's wrong especially when it broke down 3 days after I got the car he was very nice and very generous in his help and fixing it and he fixed it free of charge

My family assured me I would be okay here, because they bought a car here before. I wanted to trust them, THANKFULLY I did not. I'd review lower than 1 star if I could. This place is awful and they sell junk. Long story short I had a car lined up and bill of sale signed only for them to call me and tell me the car wouldn't pass inspection due to a bad catalytic converter. That same day they called me a friend who lives in the town of the dealership saw someone driving the car that "didn't pass inspection" off the lot. Obviously I tried calling them out on it and they denied it completely. All in all another friend of mine just met the person who was sold the car right out from under me. He played

Purchased a car from them years ago and I have cursed their name ever since. After sale was done they said they needed to fix a few problems the car had before I could pick it up. A week later I finally was able to get the car. Within a week I was having problems with the car and took it back. This time they kept the car two weeks to ‘fix’ the problems. I picked the car up again and within a month the engine blew on the NYS thruway.
