Tojo and his guys were great. They were the only shop that could get the job done in our timeframe.
He got us a great price on a good product and his installers were on time and professional. They did an excellent job and left the rooms clean.
I’d recommend them and will be using them again for the rest of our flooring needs in the future.

I will never use them for a flooring job ever again. First he could not get the right floor we picked out for the kitchen, he kept trying to tell us we ordered something else. Luckily we took pictures of the sample to force him to do it right. The total job was $7,400. He broke the refrigerator line installing the kitchen floor and refused to pay for damages that cost us $100. The transition piece on a brown rug and brown floor he used aluminum and white and one piece was missing. They looked horrible. Any floor guy knows you match the color to the toe kick under cabinets. He used the cheapest

Togo was very responsive. We had one room that had to be done right away and he was able to take care of it quickly and then schedule the other rooms for a few weeks later. One low price for removal, carpet and installation. Some mix up when we were hoping to purchase recycled content carpet, but he was understanding and tried to work with us to fix it.
