José Rubio came to our house today and fixed our washer so quickly! He identified a rodent chewed tube that was causing our washer to leak. He could have recommended a replacement fill tube and return visit but worked to repair the existing tube so the machine was fixed right away. The price was reasonable. He was so friendly, quick and very accommodating. Would highly recommend for appliance repair!

Last month my washer suddenly stopped working. I put my clothes in the washer I pressed start, After 5 mints washer stopped working. I tried to start again but nothing happened. My friend gave me the Fixem Appliance Repair number and said best Appliance repair in Oakland. I called them and scheduled the appointment. The guy came from Fixem Appliance Repair, they checked our washer and explained me clearly about the problem in washer. They fixed the problem and was very professional. My Maytag washing machine went out, so I called FixEm. Ethan was very professional and he was able to schedule someone to come out the next day. Allen showed up on time. He was very courteous and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He replaced the drain pump and now the washer works great.

I called Fixem when my Viking oven stoped working.
Ethan answered the phone and was amazing!! He was very patient with me and guided me through a few steps to help me try and fix the unit myself.. unfortunately I couldn't fix it.
Fixem sent Nathan out to take a look at the oven and within 10 minutes he knew exactly what was wrong. Nathan gave me a quote to repair.
He ordered the parts and returned the following week.
Nathan repaired the oven and took his time to make sure everything was working properly!

My dryer was making a terrible noise, so I called FixEm Appliance repair. I was able to get a quick appointment and Terrance came out to look at my dryer. He was very punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. He told me I needed a new belt and pulley and he was going to order for me. I know the supply demand and shipping is crazy right now, so I was surprised at how quickly it came. Then Terrance was so nice and came out on a Sunday to do the repair. He was again very punctual and called to let me know when he was getting close. I would definitely use FixEm again! Thanks Terrance!

Today the technician came. His name is Terrence. Terrence was professional, helpful and really nice. He figured out the problem. Went and got the parts. And fixed my machine The same day. Really really awesome service. And it seems like my machine is working flawlessly now.

Tried Fixem Appliance for the first time recently to fix a 10 year old clothes dryer that started making loud noises and was overall pleased. Based on a quick online search, I was pretty sure it was the rollers that needed replacing. My washing machine stopped locking . I YouTubed how to fix but something told me I needed to call a pro. I yelped appliance repair and FixEm came up. I'm so glad they did! A few messages were exchanged and my appointment was scheduled. Super quick turn around. Terrance and Nathan came out to take a look. Had a washing machine issue and gave them a call. They came in the very next day ( less that 12 hr notice) the tech communicated with us about his arrival so we were able to plan our day accordingly.

My parent's refrigerator was making this crazy noise, and it seemed apparent that they would need another one. Sal went out there, explain that their fridge was fine it was just noisy, and they didn't need a new one or a repair. The pandemic has left them strained financially, so they were so happy about not having to buy a new one. I'm figuring he saved them, at least $1200, and my parents wanted me to stress that he was super friendly.

Our youthful Bosch dishwasher was making all the right noises, but not cleaning the dishes. Jose was our assigned repair person and he was here promptly when promised. He diagnosed the issue quickly and said the part would be delivered in about a week ("from Fresno!"), but the big surprise was that it arrived sooner than expected and he was in the neighborhood and was able to get here way sooner than expected. He arrived, fixed the Bosch, tested it and we were good to go. Can't wait to do more dishes.

Yes indeed!! We have a 48 inch stainless Kitchenaide monster of a fridge that at 13 years old was reaching the end of life of most appliances.
So when the main circuit board started to "Beep" and the fridge was straining to keep temp, we called Nathan at Fix'em. At a $13K replacement cost, repair was a very viable option.
This business is not easy. You have to be an expert in literally decades worth of manufacturers, models, multi-issue symptoms, and often impatient, stressed out customers, dealing with an appliance emergency

Nathan and the team at FixEM Appliance Repair. Were top notch! They were covid safe, timely, communicated on when they were 30 minutes from my house. I had my less than 5 year old Sub Zero Fridge blow a transitor and the other company I used misdiagnosed the issue. Nathan came within a day and was able to help me figure out what needed to be replaced!! I highly recommend FixEm Appliance Repair for all things that need to be fixed. We searched on the Bosch site for authorized dealers and after a 20 minute call with another firm was told mid March they could come out to diagnose.
What? A month and a half? No thanks! So what's a guy to do? Oh snap! I went to Yelp and looked for Bosch authorized repair.
I called this company, was answered in 4 rings. authorized Bosch and contra costa county service area? Check on both counts and after a few minutes of exchanging information was told the repair person would show
