Made an appointment and they never didn't call. Called their office twice, no answer, went streight to voice mail. left a voicemail twice and no answer.
They gave me an 8 hour window to show up up so i was home waiting to hear from them. Finally got a call at 1:45, nice guy shwes up and diagnoses the problem but part will not be here for a week.
unprofessional back office!!! I will update my review once the problem is fixed.

I have a Sears extended warranty on my fridge. The ice maker stopped working so I called to get an appointment for repair. Sears sent out Wepco to repair the ice maker. SIX weeks and FIVE appointments later, the ice maker is finally working, thanks to A&E Repair, NOT Wepco.

I will start with a little bit of a back story. Over the last 2 years I've had constant problems with my dishwasher. It has been under warranty with Sears and every time I've called to make a complaint they have send a 3rd party to do the repair. Everytime they have scheduled a time and shown up within that time and have been able to do the repair.

This company was sent to us through ServiceLive.com. The initial diagnosis seemed reasonable, the drain pump was bad. This was consistent with how the machine was acting. After waiting for more than two weeks for the part for my washing machine, their repair work on my machine caused more damage. No problems with the drum turning prior to their taking the machine apart, but according to them, they did not cause the problem. They did come back out to work on the machine, the tech didn't even have the tools necessary. I provided him with the correct socket size and torque wrench. These
