Our first two encounters with diamond went well. Anthony was our tech both times. First time he came out on time did an inspection sold us a $1200 warranty and did some ac repairs. Second time our ac had stopped working he fixed it for the weekend and told us what to do if it did it again and ordered us two new units for about $18k. Install day came when they left things appeared ok. They once I had time to clean up I noticed 2 chipped tiles by my front door and stains on myfreshly cleaned carpet from bringing the old units down. Diamond had Matt come out and fix my air handler up in the attic SAME DAY. It was leaking pretty bad and was gonna start causing serious damage. Matt was extremely smart and very personable! He explained to me and SHOWED me what was wrong and explained the best way to fix the issue. At no point at all did I feel pressured or like I was being hustled to do work that didn't need to be done.
While I was in the attic I ended up cutting my hand really bad and bleeding everywhere and Matt stayed and served me by cleaning the blood off of my carpet and other surfaces. Truly a stellar human being.

Our tech was Matt. Great attitude, quick, reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed our ac unit and also fixed our furnace that's been down 4 yrs. All other companies I called could not make it out for a few days and az summers do not agree with this. I needed help and they were quick to answer. I even signed up for a service plan! I'm giving one star since I could not give anything less than that. I contacted Diamond AC and Heating since my AC stopped working. They sent a technician to do the diagnosis and charged me $49.95 for diagnosis. The technician said that the motor / fan inside the garage was broken. He told me to fix / repair that it would be over $2,000 but then he did not stop there, he was trying to persuade me to change the entire unit instead and gave me an estimate for about $10,000, every time I went back to him on the repair option he was only trying to sway me into the changing the entire unit, he was so

My ac system wasn’t working last year and they were able to come out and fix the same day, which was great because at heat can be bad, charged $1000 to, as the tech said, put a bandaids on it and said I needed to replace the whole unit and quoted me $7500. A tech then came out again almost a year later to check it, said I was on the 5 year plan and told me again the whole system needed replaced. I had Troy and Mike out on 5/25 for a maintenance call for my ac units. Upon inspecting both units, one was found to be in total disrepair and needed to be replaced while the other, gratefully, could still repaired. I appreciate how they took pictures of both units and we're able to show me what was happening with each one as well as patiently explaining the issues and why certain things were happening or needed. My wife and I run into trouble with our AC system and after a few not so great technicians we called the BEST: Diamond AC. First Michael Jon, gave us the bad news and proposed the solution, then the next day the installers came by and finally the following day the guy who retouches and clean your wall came by. In July of 2020 during 120 degree AZ summer weather, I had an old AC unit go out. Carl from Diamond AC and Heating came out and helped me have brand new HVAC units installed the very next day! During the installation, the owner was here to help with the install - he was a really awesome guy and got his hands dirty with everyone else. Everything since the install has been great, and the materials and methods used were thoughtfully chosen and executed. We had Tech Michael come to our home and do an inspection of our AC he was reliable, on time, professional and very friendly. He did the inspection, did the repairs and had the rest of the team out in about an hour to do the rest of the job. They gave us before and after pictures and we were very pleased with the financing option we were offered. I highly recommend this company and wish I would've known about them before. I did not get the name of the other two gentlemen that came but they too deserve to be thanked for their service.
