Just had some very nice work done by Cheseapeake PermaGlaze South. Rich was fast and friendly in my initial phone consult and took the pictures I texted him and made a good initial diagnosis of my peeling standing shower glaze.
Bob (the technician) arrived and completed the repair in just under a couple of hours. The situation was less than ideal in that my shower had been the victim of some Harry Homeowner type reglazing (twice!) before I bought it which resulted in the issues I had. Bob was able to make it look good for a reasonable price to hold me over until i remodel the bathroom.

We called John at Perma Glaze in January 2017 on the recommendation of a friend in the tile business. John explained the whole process, and how it would look at the end (our tub/shower unit is fiberglass, as is out other shower unit). His technician, Bob, came as scheduled and spent two whole days prepping and glazing. It's an involved process, and you need the right equipment. He had it all. Bob came back after two weeks of full hardening and buffed out some runs. Also, I am doing the rest of the remodeling, and my sander had rubbed a corner. Three to Four stars to start, sort of a benefit of the doubt...but I will write updates. I am cautious about how durable this product will be in the long run.
Just had our extra nasty tub reglazed 2 days ago. It looks perfect. Today. Will it still look this great next week (very likely), next year (I will let you know!).
My caution is that the name PermaGlaze sounds like a permanent re-glaze, which just isnt possible, and it not the case. Porcelein tubs are baked in a kiln and the coating is, well, like porcelein. Hard, durable, forever until eventually the porcelein glaze wears and the
