This companies technician came to my 81 year old mothers home to exterminate he sprayed her walls left horrible staines when he should have sprayed her baseboards because this was a two part application he returned AND sprayed her walls again with overturning her couch which he left overturned I contacted the company , they wanted proof . Along with a blanket apology DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I'm including pics of the walls along with the technician spraying the walls

On the last day prior to termination of my apartment lease this company was contracted out to do a post evacuation inspection upon discovery the technician performing the duties that day was found to be using our washing machine to clean his and his families clothes and argued with us about it sting he gave himself permission to use our water and electricity and washing machine to clean his personal clothing. This was simply unacceptable and I hope this individual has been terminated if not fired for this incomprehensible action that he knew was wrong.

The service provide to my home has been superb. I was very doubting as I have had many pest control companies service my home before and the resolution was only temporary. Upon calling Kenmore I was greeted through the phones very warmly and they answered every question I had (which was many lol).
