The absolute best pest control service I have ever tried. I contacted Mr. Milton when my roommates and I had located a mouse in our room. We tried for three days straight to trap the mouse and we couldn't get it! Mr. Milton came the SAME day we requested him and caught the mouse in ten minutes! He also did a full and thorough inspection and treatment of the home. We are all satisfied with the service of MTB and would recommend to anyone dealing with pests. He even treated for roaches even though we contacted him for a mouse. Extremely happy.

I found them years ago - not sure if it was on Angie's List or Yelp - and have been extremely pleased with their responsive, customer service, and quality of work. I have a recurring ant problem, with ants coming in from the ground and into odd areas of the house: front foyer and sunroom. It occurs about every two or three years, and MTB has come in each time and quickly handled the problem. Both father and son are pretty awesome, and I wholeheartedly recommend them and the company.

MTB was very responsive and were able to come out with a pretty quick turnaround after we contacted them. Milton was very professional and clearly knowledgeable and experienced. We requested a treatment for general pest control - spiders, centipedes, roaches, etc - your typical English basement visitors during the DC warmer months. We've used a few other pest control companies before, but none have been as thorough as MTB. I recently found this company on Yelp, and from the previous reviews I decided to give them a call. Very responsive and was actually able to scheduled to come out on a Sunday!!! Fit into my schedule perfectly. Mr. Brown, Jr., did an excellent job and explained everything. He was very thorough, he treated inside and outside of my home and even treated the storage shed that was left by the previous owners. The prices are reasonable and I have referred to my friends and family.

Highly recommended this Company. I am a realtor and have worked with several Companies, but MTB outshines them all. I found MTB randomly on Yelp due to an unfortunate emergency in my newly renovated home. I had a rare issue with powder post beetles in the newly installed stairs.
MTB was super responsive to my inquiries on yelp and even more responsive to my calls. I found them to be very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating to my schedule. More importantly, I didnt feel like they were trying to nickel and dime me.
As advertised they wore face masks and shoe covers the entire time.
I would highly recommend them for future pest control issues.

I had to unfortunately get help with a mouse problem in the unit I am leasing. Without knowing who to turn to I took a chance with MTB pest control. I am so pleased with the service I received, Milton made a bad situation not so bad anymore. He helped me understand what was going on and was very detailed in his inspection. I don't want to deal with pest problems but if I do I will definitely call MTB.

When I saw evidence of critter activity, my first call was to a company I'd used to traps raccoons and birds in the last. They came out, identified the "critters" (rats!), set a few traps and left. The rat activity increased and none of the haphazardly places traps caught anything.

Very pleased with my experience! I recently purchased a home that had been vacant for a couple weeks and upon move-in noticed a bug that had taken up residence near my water heater. Milton responded promptly and offered to come out the next morning which was absolutely amazing. I kill them with brooms, 3 of them and more kept coming in. Welp, that's why I love Yelp. I got estimates for price and ETS. They were not the cheapest but they were the quickest ones to come out.

I asked how many times he would recommend coming out and he said if my house stayed clean like it was, he wouldn't recommend often.

I thought I was hiring a Professional to find out how mice are getting into my condo? I've met with a couple of other companies but none offered to do what I wanted. I needed to find out how they're getting in and want any mice in the home removed and the entry holes filled. Finally, I wanted a but spray.
