BUYER BEWARE! Complete misrepresentation and terrible customer service. They claim 24/7 email response and 1-2 day shipping confirmation on in stock parts. I ordered “in stock” parts, never received a shipping confirmation. I’ve left multiple voicemails and emails with zero response after 5 days but they charged me for the order. Totally unacceptable.

I recently had a garage door spring break on Thursday of the previous week. I ordered a replacement, hoping to get it express shipped, unfortunately they didn't offer that as an option on their site.
Wanting to make sure it wasn't going to take a week or multiple weeks to arrive I emailed them check on the order.
I recieved a quick helpful response and felt confident it would arrive on time.
However the day it was supposed to arrive, I received an email from the shipping company that the address was missing the number of my apartment, making them unable to deliver my order.
I have sent several

This company responded and made everything right with my order, therefore deserving a 5 star review. The spring seems to be solid quality and installed easily.

This is how a spring arrived to my door. I ordered tensioning rods as well, but because of the packaging, one was lost along the way. Additionally, they were running a promotion for a free set of cables with the purchase of a spring. The cables never arrived. I called customer service, but an automated system refers you to their email. I've sent an email. We'll see if

EDIT: I'm updating this review to 5 stars because of the lengths this company has gone to in order to make things right. It's not every day that businesses take the time to read and respond to negative reviews as they did in our case. We are blown away by the sincerity and generosity we recieved when the owner personally called my husband, explained the situation, and corrected it. I ordered springs from this company through their website. After installing them I had lots of problems with getting the door to work. After getting frustrated I emailed them photos of my old springs, the new springs installed and explained the problems I was having.
I am a disabled veteran and can't afford the $350 local companies want to fix the door. I asked what my options were.
They got back to me very fast. They looked at the photos and determined I needed different springs. They sent them out the very next morning (Today). They said this should correct the problems I am having.

Not sure if they are still open. Called and left voicemail, no callback. Also sent email, and no response. Ordered my spring from someone else.

UPDATE : After 3 days of no contact was contacted twice to make sure my issue was taken care of. Phone service was out and they were trying to work with covid-19 guidelines and had issues with phone service. Want to thank the gentlemen who called and made sure we were squared away with our order
Cant get ahold of them, if my life depended on it. Tried for a bout 2 hours to call with it going straight to voicemail every time. Send website message, emails. Nothing. Accidental order of wrong springs will cost you around $50 minimum. Be VERY CAREFUL
