I had a spring on one of my doors break. I was quoted a cost and told Megan to send her service guy out. When he got here, he realized real quickly that my 20 year old, off-brand door had a spring set up that he did not have on his truck. He said he could be back the next day...which he was, and when done, in spite of making two trips, the price I was charged was around $30 less than what I was quoted. I have no doubts who will be putting new doors on my house when the current ones need replaced - Safeway. Thanks for the great service and for Megan's professionalism in getting me help ASAP.

This company has the WORST costumer service I’ve ever experienced! The lady named Megan was very rude and short with my wife and I. When trying to get our garage door installation scheduled she was very short and rude. This company has zero customer service and does not know how to schedule work. We decided to go with another installer. Don’t waist your time or money with Safe-Way!
