Very professional service company for my heater. They kept open communication throughout the process and kept me informed of what was causing the issue with my heater. They answered my questions and was patient with helping me program my heater thermostat (which I had never learned to do). They were very prompt and flexible with scheduling the appointment which was helpful for me on a Saturday. We dealt with Air United trough our home warranty. They were prompt on service, but the quality was lacking. I had a different HVAC repair company come out today and ask who installed the central air unit because it was one of the messiest jobs they had seen. The Air United technician left all of the trash, wrappers, old metal covers in our attic and did a poor job taping and wrapping the pipes.

I appreciate the attentiveness of the technician, Amanda. She was very helpful in explaining the issues with my A/C system and what was causing it. It was nice to have someone who wanted to communicate with you and help resolve the issues and not just get in and out. It was also appreciated that there was a need for a secondary visit in the afternoon and she kept me up to date on when arrival was expected. She was able to work around my schedule and that isn't always the case with service companies. If I should need additional work related to my AC or Heating, then I will make sure to call Air

I called Air United & they made it really clear that they were looking out for my best interest. He explained why I needed certain things and took time to give tips on how to maintain my system better.
I felt very comfortable with their service, which is not something you get from a lot of contractors these days... unfortunately.

My family decided to replace our old air conditioning system before the hot summer months arrived. We were talking to different companies, but they all seemed to just want “the sale”. Some of the companies tried to pressure us to make a quick decision without explaining what we were really getting for the price.
