Services
A basement hopper window opens inward from the top of the sash on a horizontal axis. By opening inward to ventilate, the opened sash does not interfere with the window well. This basement window can be made to fit the short height requirement found in many basement window openings. When closed and locked, it forms a tight seal to resist water penetration.
A bay window unit projects out from the wall of the house. It contains three window units. The middle unit is parallel with the wall. Ventilating units of double hung or casement windows are typically selected for the opposing side units. A picture window is typically selected for the center unit. A bow window unit also projects outward from the wall of the house.
Signet fiberglass doors are available in Cherry, Mahogany, Oak, Fir and Knotty Alder Series, with 7 stain finishes per Series. The double-hung window style has two sashes that operate vertically for ventilation from either the top or bottom of the window unit. Both sashes may tilt in for safe and easy cleaning from inside the home. Balancers counter the weight of the sashes to provide easy operation and to allow the sashes to remain open in any position.

So being a caregiver, having a parent in and out of the hospital life is stressful, so I didn't micromanage… or think too much of my ADA door purchase they had good reviews I trusted them. In the end, I just wasn't impressed I was going to just stay quiet but felt others should know about my experience. My door was installed summer of August 8, 2019

The Window Source was a pleasure to work with this year. We decided to upgrade all of our windows, and install glass block in our basement windows. The Window Source handled this easily. They showed us some different options, explained the features and benefits, as well as showed us different colors and gave us an idea of how they'll look in our home. We were impressed with the quality of our new windows, and ended up having them install a new sliding door from our kitchen to patio. We'll definitely use the Window Source again in the future.

Plain and simple, if you order a product prepare to wait months and months. I placed an order for Windows in September of 2021 and was told they would come before the year ends. Now they say it will be weeks more and still dont have a date. They don't follow up, they don't call, they don't have time and they don't care. They take half down and just walk away. I've been trying to get a scheduled date for months and still nothing scheduled. They say the contract says nothing about a time-line so beware that by that logic you will spend months or years waiting for Windows. Buying Windows is an expensive

The Window Source of Akron-Canton Ohio did an amazing job on my duplex. The communication from their administration team to the people who installed the windows was great. The windows looked great and my tenants are super happy. They did the job in just one day and worked around my schedule and the schedule of my tenants. The windows were priced great. I'll definitely be using them in the future again.

I’ve been piecing together new windows on my 60 yr old bungalow. From start to finish, this process has been simple and straightforward using Window Source. Their customer service is excellent, they are responsive to requests for estimates and were in touch with me from my initial request to checking up on my satisfaction after the installation was completed. It’s important to me to use local businesses when shopping around for home projects and will certainly use them again when I can finish replacing all of the windows. I highly recommend The Window Source of Akron Canton. I worked with this company on several home projects including replacing all my windows, front door with a transom and sidelites, and replacing my siding. From my very first interaction with them to the completed project I was pleased. The office staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. The… salesman did a great job going over the projects and helping me decide what would be best for my home and budget. Called to get someone to come out and get a quote for siding and windows. Never showed or called to say he wouldn’t be there. Then when he did show up, the following week, there wasn’t much incentive on selling their products to us. Also said we’d have a quote in 24 hours and it’s been 10 days with no reply. Highly unprofessional and nothing but a waste of time. I’ll invest with a company that’s professional and actually wants business. Thanks again for nothing.

We had our large picture window replaced earlier this year and they did a great job! So much so, we decided to have ALL the windows in the house replaced. We asked for the same installers because they did such an excellent job with not only the installation but the clean up too. Everyone we worked with was friendly and professional.
