Rich came out during a snow storm to help.my grandmother who had a furnace problem. He worked late to make sure he made it out there to fix her problem and got her furnace heating again. Great customer service!!

My furnace stopping working after midnight on Feb 2 during the big storm. I phoned Rich Carlson during the night to see if he could come in the morning for an emergency call. Rich phoned me around 4:45 AM and said he would come as soon as he dug the out snow. He asked if I checked the batteries in my thermostat. I didn't even know there were batteries in my thermostat. I changed the batteries and my furnace is working. I am so grateful for his willingness to help me. My pets and I were freezing. I highly recommend Carlson Plumbing.

Our A/C was down during the hottest week of the year and Rich and his team worked to get us back up and running as quickly as possible.
