I would give a zero rating if I could . Needed refrigerator repaired . Repairman jammed the water filter when he replaced it , but I didnt know until warning light came on to replace it 6mos later. Owner refuses to take phone calls , guy who did repair refuses to come out unless i pay another service call For something he caused .Cant replace filter it wont come out. Serviceman was unsure of what he was doing at first had to come out twice in first place now refusing to come back out to fix what he jammed . secretary at office screens calls they wouldnt pick up when I called back to speak to owner

Rob the technician came out and wasn’t very knowledgeable on how the oven operates. He basically just started replacing things. The things he replaced did not change the outcome of the oven. He left with the problem not being solved. I looked on YouTube and fixed it myself. They still charged me $508 and will not return my phone calls. I just wanted a explanation on how they could charge me that for not fixing my oven!?!?

Stay away. It cost us over $400 for a new fan (cost $19 in amazon) for half an hour. The technician couldn't reach the screws inside the over asking us to do it for him. Before he finally showed he was reluctant to order the parts and we had to wait for two weeks. He was comfortable with just charging us for $100 visit trying to avoid the fix. Stay away this is a rip off.

Needed a tech to look at dryer issue. Referred by LG. I Scheduled appointment. They never called/arrived on day. I chased, they seemed confused and said they had to call me back. Received a call back to say they do not do LG warranty calls. No mention of this when I made appointment a week ago. Told them this was poor business practice and I'd be sure to mention it to LG.

New Bosch dishwasher gave an error code. Our house is being sold and the dealer couldn't get anyone there quickly, so I called these people. The "tech" came and diagnosed a small leak that he said would require a new sensor. It would take a week to come in, at a cost of $600. Being desperate, we agreed. We NEVER heard back! Called 3 times, no answer. Finally called Bosch directly; they said the sensor NEVER needs replacing on a dishwasher this new, and if it did, the part would be under warranty. They sent someone who knew what he was doing. Lesson learned. Never use this

Fix My Appliance Now is a misleading name for a company that doesn't actually show up for repair appointments. They did come out to give me an estimate and collect their deposit, and the tech was really cagey. He talked badly about his own company, said they overcharge, and advised me to just buy a new dishwasher. I ended up ordering the part on my own to save the $100 they were charging to order it for me ($130 extra for a $27 part), and I paid for rush shipping so I could have them repair the dishwasher the following week. I called back in July because my side-by-side KitchenAid refrigerator was not keeping the refrigerator side cool.
The technician diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat. I found out that he was not actually a technician by trade, but rather a chef! He was the owner's (Alex) son.
I pay over $500.00 for the new part and (wrong) diagnosis. Another tech came to put the thermostat in and basically spent his time telling me how bad the owner's son is at this job and that he has no business fixing appliances.
Two weeks later I experienced the same issue. Owner's son (the chef)

It took them multiple tries and over a month to repair a refrigerator at a rental property of mine only to not have the repair made and still having a broken refrigerator. I am currently in a dispute with my Visa company on the $300+ charge. When I last notified the company that the refrigerator is still not working, I was spoken to loudly by the owner (Seth) as if the issue was my fault - not that they did not get it repaired after multiple tries. Tried twice to set an appointment. Both times the repairman called (at the very END of the two hour wait time) and said he couldn't find parking near me, so he couldn't come up. I even offered to pay for a garage nearby, but he said he wasn't going to walk to and from his car to get tools 2 blocks away (even though the receptionist on the phone said they do this often in the city). Don't advertise that you can service the center city/philly area if you aren't actually able to visit and complete the service. I can't keep leaving my job on the off chance that this

Worst service ever. Had an appointment for 9-930am Saturday. No call no show till I called the dispatcher at 10am. She sounds annoyed, says technician will call me. Got a call from the tech at 11am that he'll be there from 2-4pm. Don't get a call till 4:30pm that he's running late. Says he'll be there in an hour. Hour and a half later he calls that he's 15 minutes away. Shows up at 6:30pm and performs the tests. After to whole day of waiting around didn't get anything fixed. Not their fault but washer was too bad to repair. Still super annoying wasted my whole Saturday

STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD! Long story short... used them for repair of a clothes dryer about 6 months ago, (the technician at that time seemed angry or possibly under the influence of some unknown substance)then same problem recurred recently, had to use them again as parts were still under warranty....this was a huge mistake on my part because what transpired since using them again has been nothing short of a disaster!

I had a great experience from setting up the appointment to the repair guy being on time, to the dishwasher working great...
They came out on the first visit (which cost 79.95) gave me an estimate. After I approved the estimate they were back out in 1 day! My dishwasher has been working like new ever since.
I would highly recommend this company. The person answering the phone was polite and patient with me explaining the problem and the repair guy was extremely polite and courteous. LOVE, LOVE them.

A bit of a bait and switch. The dispatcher / owner was courteous and dispatched a repairman for the day after my call. I was told $79 to assess the problem, which cost could be applied to the cost of the repair.
The real problem became that the repairman did the repair without showing me an estimate or getting approval for the cost. The repair was to replace the oven igniter for a total of $253. There was no breakdown on the bill. For the record, it's a $30 part and the rest was labor and tax. The repairman was here for 30-minutes.
