I needed repairs and the stucco redone on my chimney. Chuck of Alliance Chimney & Energy was communicative throughout the entire process. He provided an estimate on the day that he said that he would and gave me an approximate date of when his team would start. His team started on June 7, 2021 and finished on the 10th. I thought that it would have taken longer because my chimney is rather large. The team did an outstanding job.

First let me say that with everyone short handed and extra busy these days due to covid, just getting someone to give you a quote can be challenging. Chuck returns calls (and even answers his phone!) promptly. The installation began when it was supposed to and despite it being one of the coldest days of the year, I can honestly say that the Alliance installers treated our installation like it was being done at their home. They did not rush and they made sure we were happy with the end result. You can't ask for more than that!

Chuck and his whole team is INCREDIBLE. They've done a bunch of work for us. First they fixed a leak on the outside of our chimney, cleaned the chimney that hasn't been used in 20 years, and installed a smoke guard. Now, a few yeas later we have them install these beautiful doors on our fireplace in lightning speed and of course without sacrificing quality!
They also took the time to explain how to properly clean the glass, and how we can get some of the dark stains off of our brick as well. Everyone is enjoying our warm fire during this cold winter.

These guys are awesome. They are timely, professional, and very courteous. They view their customers as a long term investment, and take the effort throughout all four seasons to make you feel supported. I cannot recommend them enough.
When my wife went to their office to pick up a part, Chuck offered to carry our newborn baby back to the car. What a gentleman!
