The technician could have been more professional. I understand buying a key fob from a third party is a risk but he was able to "sync" to my car. I felt he was more concerned with protecting himself than meeting my needs. He did "program" the duplicate key fob for my 2013 Honda Accord but I felt the process was rushed. I didn't even get a receipt! I should have asked for one! I gave him credit for being candid with me but only God knows if he was being honest. I can't recommend Key Man because of the service and how I was treated.
