I had this business do my garage in Nocatee (new construction, less than 2 years old). I had trash on the side of my house for a week, they showed up at different times every day and I was luckily off work that week and was able to be there. Thatcher was the person I was coordinating with. He told me he could handle my water softener that was in my garage. He left the first day and I didn’t have running water. He told me to wait until the next day which was not happening so I had to drag the equipment back and reconnect. He came back after the floors were done to reconnect (using my tools that
