Strangely enough, I ended up not buying a truck here but it had nothing to do with the business. They were straightforward and offered a good deal. In fact is was a better price and trade offer than nearly everyone else had given me. In the end, I just decided it wasn't the right move for me but the deal was still good. I do think their document fees are a bit high though at $299.
I would definitely recommend and would consider doing business with them in the future.

From the first time I drove up to the Mayse dealership I was greeted and welcomed like an old family friend. Returned the next day and ordered our Jeep Gladiator. Never were we led to do anything that we didn’t want. John had the knowledge and experience to assist us in ordering what we wanted.
Took delivery just about 5 weeks from ordering. Truck was ready and everything from the walk through to the normally dreaded finance was fast and easy

I’d always heard really good things about this dealership. It’s all true. My salesperson, John Kieny, was friendly and knowledgeable. When I took delivery of the truck, he took time to show me how everything worked. He didn’t talk down to me, which I appreciated as a woman buying a Ram 1500. I believe this dealership goes above and beyond to help their customers. Definitely worth the drive to Aurora, in terms of inventory, pricing and service.

Everyone at Mayse was amazing. This was may first Jeep Wrangler and the guys at Mayse made my first Jeep Wrangler buy a breeze and very exciting. Kelby was the first sales guy I met and didn’t pressure me at all. Kelby also helped me with getting my Jeep detailed, fixed a light, and washed, all before I even got back from my trip. My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Mayse Auto in Aurora. Great people to talk to and to do business with. We felt comfortable being there right from the get go. They were also very fair with any business dealings we had and very honest at the same time. Another big plus was that we never felt pressured to make any decisions on any one thing or another. We would definitely go back and definitely recommend it to others.
