NEVER HAVING SERVICE WORK DONE HERE AGAIN! We had a recall issue on the car and when they fixed the recalled part they broke another part that wasn't even close to the serviced part. They called us to okay the extra $300.00 to fix the part they broke. Then we had a window issue with the same car and they broke the door panel and did not tell us. We had to fix it ourselves since we won't EVER be taking a vehicle back to them and we own three Fords! Took the car in for one item to be fixed and ended up having to replace three extra items so they say it was a coincidence that it's all went bad while in the shop but the coincidence it was everything the technician had to remove to fix the original problem. Went form $800 to $1800 and will have it done tomorrow to over a week later to get the car back.

I drove all the way from Central Texas to pick up a 21 Ford F-250 that they had. I pretty much did the whole process over the phone. It was one of the easiest purchases that I have done. truthfully, I expected that they were going to try and charge me some fees that typical dealerships charge like they do in Central Texas, But they did not! the experience was great and everyone that I dealt with were very nice and honest. they even gave me more for my trade than I was being offered anywhere else. They are good people. I would for sure drive 10 hours again to buy another truck from them.

Just purchased a Ford F250 desiel, transaction was smooth Gage Smith our salesman was great very professional went above and beyond to help us, Chad the CEO was great to work with and awesome guy as well, will be doing business with this dealership again. I recently bought a car there I really like, and I paid cash for it, no credit. The only negatives keeping me from a 5 star rating were (1) I didn't like having all the paperwork completed and in hand and being required to give it back to them and have it instead mailed to me a week later (the only reason given, "that's just the way we do it") and (2) them keeping my second car key (I understand the need to repo some vehicles, but I paid cash). I found an used car at this dealership, and everything seemed nice about it. However, right when I jumped in the car to drive it off, an engine light went off. The sale person, tamara told me it was nothing and it was just because it didn't have gas in it. I was very hesitant on taking the car I just bought home.
