Fake FB profile for Chris Issac advertised for half off air duct cleaning. After setting up appointment via messenger, the profile is then deleted and an unknown individual then starts communicating via text. Says they are from MN Aur Duct Cleaners. The guy came an hour late even though I said I had to leave. Claim to had blown tire and was late due to that. Spent 30mins trying to upsell additional service for a "lowered price" then said if I used cash instead of check, he will remove tax. He only cleaned the vents in the main level and said didn't need to do downstairs. Spent less time cleaning

Total bait and switch scam job. put an ad on facebook for deep cleaning and sanitation for $200 (if you were one of the first 10 to respond). Showed up, and said they didn't know the person who booked the appointment or placed the ad. Said I was only signed up for the regular cleaning which wouldn't do anything and had to upgrade the the "deep cleaning package". Told me it would be over $2,000 to do my house, but he would give me a "deal" on the spot and do it for only $1000. Read below, many have had the same experience, and their response is "oh, sorry we can't find you in our system, please

Company is a scam. Upgraded services to a deep clean. Charged $900 for $200 worth of work. Called and requested someone to come look at the work that was performed. 1st failed attempt was a cancellation on their part and 2nd failed attempt was a no show. Very unprofessional in customer service as well. Very argumentative and unwilling to satisfy a customers wishes. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We were quoted flat rate of $199 to clean out all of our air ducts and a free inspection for the furnace. We scheduled a day and time for the service and everything was confirmed. When the day came, we were waiting for awhile for them to come and we heard nothing. We contacted them and they stated they did call us and spoke to someone saying that they got the wrong number. We told the person that we did not get any kind of calls and the person told us it’s not their fault and that it was our fault. I’m not sure what kind of customer service this is but blaming the customer directly is not a

I had mold in my vents - I asked them to really deep clean. - Paid $500 (small town home). They sprayed something and it smelled better for 2 weeks. Now the mold smell is back. I'm sure their service is good to just vacuum out dust but I wouldn't pay for more than that. May have to try renting a fogger myself or other diy solutions... $$$

Manny & Eli were EXCELLENT! They explained everything thoroughly, what needed to be done vs what didn't need to be done/or could wait, were very efficient, and now my airflow is cleaner and more powerful! I had no idea what the difference in air quality would be but I can already tell the improved air quality is undeniable. I had not had my air ducts cleaned EVER! (in 21 years of owning this house) BIG MISTAKE! as my air ducts were VERY DIRTY! I will do this at least every 3-4 years from now on. I may even have them clean my chimney soon.
