Every service offered by KMS - air duct, dryer vent, chimney, fireplace, furnace, coil, and air conditioner cleaning are coordinated with your property manager to ensure residents receive exceptional service without the difficulty and stress of setting up individual appointments.
Dirty air ducts have a build-up of mold, allergens, dust, dust mites and pet dander in the ducts that are re-circulated throughout the home, despite furnace filters. We recommend cleaning your ducts every 12-18 months, more often for allergen sufferers or families with small children. We provide services for most varieties of ducts, including gravity, forced air, air-to-air exchange, transite, and in-floor.
KMS technicians are experienced with all types of dryers and their exhaust systems. Regularly cleaned dryers last longer and save on your gas/electric bill by drying your clothes quicker and more efficiently. Dryer fires are on the rise because of improper connections or venting. Worst service I've ever had.
We called centerpoint energy and asked for this company to come service our vents. A man came over 3 weeks later. I explained to him that I have a newborn and 2 other children that I need this to be safe. It was in the middle of February he left the door open it was negative 22ﾟ outside.. He went downstairs didn't cover any of my vents before he started blowing them out. So they blew up all into all the rooms of my house. There is now an Orange dust covering everything in my home.. Later we discovered that he also left metal shavings from where he drilled

We had our vents cleaned a few years ago by KMS and we were very satisfied with their work so I called them again and they came out the next day. Alex did a great job. He was very thorough in both explaining what he did and with his work. Everything from scheduling to the service call was top notch.

I recently hired KMS to clean the air ducts in my home. The administrative staff communicated clearly about what the service entailed and what each level of offering cost. I was able to schedule an appointment within a week, and the technician was prompt, courteous and professional. I appreciated that he explained what he was doing and why. Excellent quality service. KMS came up with the right offerings for me based on my needs. They did a comprehensive duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. They confirmed the appointment in advance, they called ahead when they were on the way, they arrived early in the window they provided. And they were THOROUGH! The technician was professional and he knew what he was doing. He took care of my home, explained how things went and did a great job. I highly recommend KMS!

Kindly stay away, refrain yourself and wallets, purses from KMS Air Duct Cleaning. As a 1st home owner I needed my ducts and vents cleened, trying to play everything by the book and read the scripts of air circulation. Spoke with a gentleman (guess he's no gentleman after all) who assured me that they were going to provide photos before and after the work was done. I explained my case, that I was going to be away while the work was so being "done" due to my work schedule. Recently the guy called me after so many promises from him telling me that there was an accident in their photos
