Dryer Vent cleaning is $150 unless we are doing the whole house cleaning, then the dryer vent cleaning is $75 + tax.

We are Metro Duct Cleaners and all we do is improve the air quality that you breathe in every day at home. Everyone deserves to live in a comfortable indoor environment. This includes breathing clean air free from allergens and pollutants caused by dust, dirt, debris, bacteria and other organic growth that collects inside air ducts and on air conditioners.
We are continually working to expand our service area. If you are located outside of our service area, please give us a call or send us an email and we can work with you on potentially getting you on the schedule! Ultimately the job we paid them to do was done.
My complaints are that they cut a hole in our vent, I’m assuming for the cleaning, but I love as given no information that this was going to happen or why. They was also metal shavings left all over our laundry room and sink from this.
The gentlemen who removed the vent covers didn’t screw them back into place and gouged a hole in our wall with what I’m guessing is a screw driver. They also unplugged our water softener and did not plug it back in after the service was completed.
Ideally I would have loved for my home to be left as it was

Very poor service. Dust and debris was left on bedroom dresser and floors. Very sharp metal shavings left on top of furnace and mechanical room floor. The owner seemed to be responsive and scheduled a time to come back and clean the duct again to make sure it was even cleaned. He never showed up for the schedule time. I took my ductwork apart and found it NOT to be cleaned. I do not recommend this company unless you want your money taken and have to clean up a mess when they are done. .

Matt arraigned to show up a little early as I had a video conference at the scheduled time. That was awesome. Once here Matt and Andy explained exactly what they were doing and were super effecient and thorough. Couldn't be happier. Both guys were like dealing people you've known forever. Would highly recommend Metro Duct. Great guys and a job well done.

Ben was fantastic!!! I have a house full of kids who were all very interested in what he was doing and he was so patient with all of them and explained everything he was doing. He even let them all “help” him!! Overall VERY good service quick and easy. I’ve never had to get my vents cleaned but best believe I will be calling them in a few years when I need it done again!!
