Tracy Home Improvement is conveniently located in Elgin providing service to the greater Northern Illinois area. Owner/operator, Tim Tracy has over twenty years experience as a foreman and superintendent for several large commercial and residential roofing contractors. During those years, he was instrumental in expanding those companies' services to include siding, fascia, soffit, gutters, doors and windows.
In 1999, Tim decided to launch his own company, Tracy Home Improvement, successfully operating primarily in the Wheaton and Naperville area for the first three years. In 2002, the company moved to Elgin and has been providing quality service to customers throughout the Fox Valley area ever since.
Tracy Home Improvement offers a wide variety of services including: kitchen, bath and basement refurbishing, siding, fascia, soffit, gutter, door, and window replacements, as well as construction of additions, decks, patios and retaining walls.Our customers are our best advertisement and in the past we have been exclusively a referral based business providing service to local municipalities and contractors.

Tim did a great job on my back deck, which is two levels and surrounds an above ground pool. He removed the old wood and replaced it with Trex composite, which looks great! Can't wait for it to warm up so we can get out and enjoy it. I would recommend Tracy Home Improvement to anyone considering deck work.
