I don't usually post , but this company is beyond professional, the communication on when my shutters would be coming , to when the installer was at my house , it was so simply and easy to have the consultation done , they came with samples that would match my current shutters ; installation was so smooth and easy , finished 3 room in an hour. i will be recommending them to my neighbors , friends and family.

Chris and his crew did a great job. We refaced out kitchen cabinets, replaced our sink, and extended our center island. It looks like a whole new kitchen! I was so grateful that he did it quickly and with quality workmanship. I have already recommended him to several friends and neighbors. He's just so good that you may have to wait a while. It's worth it though.

Eric Black seemed like a honest man. He is very straight forward with no hidden agenda. I did 2 sliding bypass shutter doors and and 7 windows. They look fantastic. Communication was great. The price was in the medium range. It took about 5 months to order. That's the downfall since it was imported. His workers are extremely professional and friendly. I highland recommend going with EJ's Home Improvements.

We purchased our shutters from Eric. he was very friendly and personable. He was extremely patient and helpful while we were making our selections. Providing input as to what would best would work for us. When our shutters arrived and ready for installation Johnny was our installer, was extremely fast and efficient. He was very friendly as well. After the install we are very happy with the outcome. They are beautiful! We ordered more before they left our home.

Our experience with Eric and his installation team (Johnny and Mike) was amazing. Eric was very responsive and professional. My husband and I are first-time shutters-buyer but Eric explained everything so clearly and was extremely patient with us. He also gave very sound suggestions without making us feel any pressure to choose certain styles, materials, etc.; most of all, their price/quality (we just had our shutters installed) is simply impeccable. Though we had to wait a few months for our shutters to arrive, they arrived on time and were definitely worth the wait.

Eric and team did a fantastic job on our motorized shades. Great quality and had exactly what I was looking for (Square, modern, metal valance). When I asked other vendors for this they simply said I only had the rounded fabric option.
I just ordered waterfall woven woods for my master bedroom and I look forward to seeing how they turn out!

We were turned down by other small businesses in the area because we only needed two 4x4 windows covered - but not EJ's Home Improvements. Eric came out for an estimate in May and Johnny installed our new honeycomb blinds as soon as materials were available in July. We couldn't be happier. Excellent job and highly recommend these guys! I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We are very pleased with our plantation shutters and motorized blinds. Got in touch with Eric in February to get a quote and some options and he was straight to the point and helpful. He ordered everything for us and gave us the heads up that due to covid, manufacturing was 3 months behind. We didn't mind waiting especially as he came highly recommended. We will absolutely use his company again down the road. The guy who installed our shutters (John) was extremely fast and friendly. Thanks guys for being a great contractor! Not easy to find in OC!

Excellent Service and top quality shutters. I found this business through yelp last year. yea it took me a while to write a review sorry guys. Eric the owner is very proffesional and friendly when he came by to do an estimate. the shutters took about 2 months to get but that is normal and worth the wait. The installers were quick, friendly and very knowledable. I am so glad my wife and i went with this company for our townhome shutters. I highly reccoemend! Thank you Eric and Staff.

We contacted Ej's Home Improvements for window coverings and custom wood work. Chris was the contact person for custom wood work. Even though there were some issues, Chris was very responsible to resolve the issue. Now we have some minor issue like some cracks on top part, but we haven't heard back from him.
Eric visited the home site twice for measurements and gave us a fair price. We are still waiting for our shutters and woven wood shades ordered last January. Will update a review once we get installations.

Enough of the Five Stars, I'd love to give them 20 Stars for the shutters they installed in our home. Incredibly STUNNING and till now, I'm still in awe on how beautiful the shutters look. Eric came out to measure all my windows and provided samples for us to select from. The next day he provided us a quote that made our jaws drop. Waaaaay better price than what the other quotes came out to, and what even sold us was how chill and easy going Eric was. No pressure what-so-ever and he answered any questions we had that evening. Another note to add, he was spot on about the install/delivery
