I received a call from Chris from Aurora Roofing, as they were referred through Home Advisor. He contacted me quickly to schedule the appointment. He said they would be out the following day to look at my roof repair. He contacted me that day and said that they had a chance to look at the roof and identified that the flat portion of the roof was sagging. I asked which portion of the building the flat roof was to be repaired and he said, "I don't really know. I wasn't there to look at it." He proceeded to describe the area given to him by whoever it was that looked at the

Had a bad first impression when i called spoke to a Chris. He was well spoken and seemed confident. He said he could come over Sunday to give us an estimate on tuck pointing. And asked if we could text the number we called the information of myself and our address. We did and i also included our scheduled appointment time that he gave me. Than Sunday no-one shows. We had other things to do and waited for over an hour. Nothing. I called the number 3 times. Noone answered. From my experience this company seems shady.. Not showing and than not answering when i tried to give reason. Maybe it was cause

Great first-time experience! Same day service!! I called a different company several weeks ago for a roof repair - we had a good size hole near a vent pipe on the roof of our house. I was told by that other company the repair would take place that same week. Well, several weeks later the work still had not been done. Meanwhile, my roof had a hole in it in rainy fall weather. I called Aurora Roofing Company the day before Thanksgiving and they came and fixed it that afternoon - the day before Thanksgiving! Thanks, guys! I'm going to need a new roof come spring and will be contacting
