Looking at all the reviews i am not shocked. I had given up hope finding the tile my basement had. I made the error of not buying enough. I gave google one last shot and he turned up on the third page of results. I called and Rick answered right away and gave me the good news! He was kind and informative. He stayed late to wait for us. If that wasn't enough his prices were fantastic! Next project i work on i will only shop with his company. Check here before you go anywhere else it will be worth it.

I bought 2 mattresses for a very good price. Very, very, good and low price. I was even able to give the sales person a good tip for being so helpful. He also stayed open past the closing time just for me to purchase my items. The mattresses were perfectly comfortable and still are a year later. The sales person was very patient, knowledgeable, courteous and also very professional. People, if you want good items for a very low price, now that the economy is down bc of COVID, this is the place to go. I would recommend this to everyone. Rick at Congo Outlet knows how to do business. I needed a specific vanity light that I could only find at Congo Outlet. The only problem was that it was required for me to pick it up. However, I live in NY state. I called and left a message. Rick called me back within 30 minutes and worked out a solution to where he can ship me the light. It was shipped the next morning and I received it the next business day. I very highly recommend Congo Outlet.

Let me start off by saying Rick is the man. The items he picks up are sold at a great price and they are always described as it is. I remodel homes and Rick has helped me find several items I was looking for. Reach out to him if you need anything specific. He will do his best to find the item at a lowered cost.
