Window screens last 10-15 years, but if you've recently had a hail storm that has caused damage around your property, it is likely that you will need to replace them. Our team of experts will help select the right window screens for you at the best price available. Check the plastic corners and if they appear to be faded, it is likely that the plastic is going to break.
It may be time to replace them. Gutters can be replaced in sections or you may need a total replacement depending on the state of the existing gutters. We will inspect the gutters to determine what will need to be done. Matt assisted me with replacing my roof after a hail storm. He accommodated my ever changing schedule and was very easy to communicate with. The hardest part of this process was dealing with my insurance company. Working with Matt was effortless. I'd happily let them handle my roof repair in the future....though I hope that's not for a while.

These guys replaced my rental home roof 2 years ago. I had some high winds blow a couple shingles off the ridge cap and they were here the next day to fix it.. Great group of guys and stand behind their warranty. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a honest roofing contractor.

These guys are incredible! I needed a roof inspection for a house I’m buying. I called at 3pm and they scheduled me for the following morning at 8! Allen McSpadden came out and was incredibly thorough and answered every question I had. Customer service, knowledge, and reliability are definitely the main focus here. We had a leak in our home in Round Rock and got preferred elite constructions information from a friend so we called them and got an appointment for the following day. When they arrived they did the inspection and noticed where the leak was coming from and immediately covered it with a tarp free of charge. Then he came down with a full report of our roof and said we had hail damage and what the next steps we needed to do. So we got our insurace out and our rep met with the adjsuter to show him the damage he found and where the leak was coming in at. So the following week we got our new roof and

Marcus McSpadden gave us the best experience for our roofing process. He kept us up to date and checked in to make sure we didn’t feel forgotten (our roofing process was delayed due to the crazy weather lately). As a first time homeowner replacing any major part of your home is very nerve racking. The staff at Preferred Elite made the process so easy and convenient. They came out the day we called for our roof and had an estimate ready the same day! They had an awesome selection of different styles and colors for the roof shingles and they made the experience fun. Within a week we had a new roof and their crew was so professional they kept my yard and driveway super clean. I can’t say enough good things about this company! If you need a new roof at your house call these guys they are top notch!

Matthew and Preferred Elite Construction did a fantastic job in replacing my roofing system and gutters. They were fast, attentive, honest, and were unbelievably communicative. Marcus and his guys have been wonderful to work with. I am a realtor in Austin and hired them to handle all of my roof replacements. They are quick, professional and clean up after themselves when finished. They handle coordinating appointments with the tenants, help explain the process to the owners and can even help deal with the insurance company. Their prices are fair and the quality of work is top notch.
