The first visit from Safe House was fine based on what I knew. They inspected and cleaned my dryer vent.
However, a few weeks later I requested they come out to investigate a knocking noise in the wall (it was suspected that a bird may have gotten in through the roof, as I am on the top floor and that's where my dryer vent exits).
After the tech went on the roof, he confirmed that the dryer guard that prevents animals from getting in, was missing. He claimed he told me this on the first visit and that I declined having him replace it. That didn't sound familiar to me, so I asked if

Scheduling was easy enough. Warning call before arrival, which was appreciated. During the appointment, tried to up-sell a chemical sanitizer that the EPA sites as unnecessary. Technician dumped the contents of the cleaning in my flowerbed and when I called to complain, I just got an apology from the scheduler/receptionist. Will not schedule again with them.

They came and cleaned my mom's air duct and dryer vent last week. They charged us for their services, which my mom paid. I checked the dryer vent and it was still very dirty. I sent them a picture of it today and asked for a refund as I'm not sure what they did for my mom. The don't want to give a refund and we don't trust them to do the work.

He told us he will charged a fixed price of $189 ((regular price $299)) per unit, which includes the cleaning of unlimited supply vents and return intake vents. Once he finished cleaning all the vents in the house. He said there're some mold in the system. New price will be over $800. We didn't expect to pay that much. Another company quoted me for $500 included everything. We showed him the price from another company. He was willing to lower the price but no guarantee after the service.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I called this company out to clean an outdoor vent that had a birds nest. I explained to the company that it was imperative that they put a bird cage on the vent after they finish, to prevent the birds from returning. The tech assured me that he would put a cage on the vent. After cleaning my indoor vents, and installing a $300 UV light that I can't even use because there is no electrical sources available near my furnace, he proceeds to clean the outdoor vent. I just bought a brand new LG front load dryer but it wouldn't work correctly. I called LG and they informed me that I need the dryer vent clean.

Well, someone called me about my initial review and scheduled a return visit from the two gentlemen who initially cleaned the ducts. This time they spent more time vacuuming out the furnace (and used the older filter you see in the picture, so my like new filter that I replaced it with wouldn't get blackened like that one). The second cleaning job of the furnace was much more thorough. I have had my kids out of the house since they came the first time. They returned after the re-cleaning and the next morning, my son had sniffles that he didn't have until he returned. Not sure if residual

I recently had to have my dryer fixed. It was recommended that I have my dryer vent be cleaned as soon as possible. I read several reviews, got some quotes, and went with this company. Do yourself a favor by not engaging this company. The technician who visited was very rude and tried to extract more than what the company quoted. When we double checked with the customer care he became furious and left the job midway. First redflag donot even pay before the job is done and if anyone tells there is a problem in accepting a check or a credit card then thats another redflag. Engage them if you are ready to settle for a half baked job done with absolute no professionalism

So about today, your team came and did their thing. They were polite and wearing masks. No hazmat suits. Which is ok. They changed the dryer pipe for extra $79. Which is ok. They were supposed to install new part which I trust they did. They mentioned if anything is wrong with the unit, that's not covered. Which is ok.

This company is a fraud. They charged me a lot of money to install UV lights into both my Hvac and heatpump systems. A technician came after them to look at my units, and saw that neither one of the units had the bulb in them, nor were they even hooked up. They taped the wire to the side of the units to make them appear like they were connected and getting power. This makes me feel like they didn't even clean my ducts. Stay away from this company!!!

They came to my house and offered the worst service. They claimed the $189 price included everything but when they got here the cleaned the vents and when they got to the furnace the guy Todd became irate and wanted to charge us an additional $199 for cleaning out the fans for my central air. What do you contact a company to clean out your vents for if they charge you extra for cleaning the blades of your fan. He said he was going to take a toothbrush to clean it when he couldn't even clean it the correct way. We ended up follow up after him with a dry shop vac. It made no sense and he spoke

The person who came was racist and said I have always have problem with Indians!!!!!! He didn't even had shoe cover on and when we asked him he said if you have then give me! Way beyond rude and racist!!!
Every where he left dirt and he even walked with shoes on on my child's blanket!!! When I tried to speak he said to pay him and said bye

3 stars meaning they were good. They were high $$$ however they came down and were equal to others.
Would I recommend them..... probably not.
Appt arrival time was 2-5 PM. They showed at 525. Didnt start till after 545. One guy was extremely nice. The other I dont want to explain. Let just say I kept an eye on and made sure I knew exactly where my kids were.
Armed with a shop vac and a pool hose they cleaned. They got alot out. I would be impressed however, now that I see how they cleaned, I'll be doing it once a year myself.
All and all I was not impressed. They left dirt on the floor
