I purchased a living social coupon and had pay an additional $149 for to get my dryer vent cleaned which took all of 10 minutes. The service guy gave me this long explanation about what all he was going to do to clean the vent. Once I agreed all he did was stick a tube attached to an air compressor and blow the dryer vent out and charged me an additional $149 for it. I would NEVER use this company again and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

This service is 100% what I did not expect. My thanks is that I used Living Social and did not pay full price. I've had my Air Duct and Dryer Vent cleaned before and this service did not come close to the techniques I have witnessed through my past experiences. I could have completed the same service they did with my vacuum cleaner.
If you want a deal on Living Social with his particular company it's there. Just know it is not money well spent, and by the way now my entire house is dusty. Shouldn't this be the reverse?!? You know the answer. I will say the two gentleman that came

After living in our house for 6 years, it NEVER dawned on me to clean my air ducts. Until my freind that have bad asthma, always choked when she's coming to my house, told me that I need to clean my duct syste.
I'm so glad I called this guys!!!!

I've been in my house for 3yrs and never had my vents cleaned. I'm not even sure if the previous owners cleaned the vents. When "The Clean Air" team arrived at my house and opened the vents it was obvious the vents had not been cleaned for years. The Clean Air team came in and conducted a thorough cleaning. The team was nice and courteous. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

For years I've tried to get companies to come and make the air my family breaths livable and healthy. But no one has cared till I contacted the Clean Air. They came early which is always a good sign. The guys were really friendly and cared about the air we are breathing. He found problems other companies never told us about and did everything he could to improve the issues. Thanks to The Clean Air my worries of dirty air will be gone.

" my wife said she noticed a difference in her breathing after having The Clean Air come to our townhouse. We ended up getting services beyond the voucher only because our townhouse desperately needed more thorough cleaning then just vacuuming. I fell that the additional services and cost were reasonable and since my wife has asthma it was money well spend . "

I had almost identical experience with Donna C. who posted hers on 4//20/15. Thank you for expressing my distaste for The Clean Air, LLC so eloquently. I knew I'd never do business with this company again the day they left my apartment which was back on 10/2/14 and I regretted my own "weakness' for caving in to their sales pressure. I must admit that they did show up at a reasonable time but everything else Donna said was true.

I bought a voucher for services from Amazon. Let's break it down..
1. Appointment was for 9am. They called around 9 to tell me they were on the way and would be there in 20-25 minutes. No show at 10. Called again and said they couldn't find my house in GPS. I don't live in new construction. They guy had an iPhone....BS excuse. They finally show up at 11.
2. Voucher states: Voucher valid for 1 system; includes cleaning of 1 supply duct system, cleaning of unlimited supply vents, cleaning of 1 return vent and duct system, cleaning of main supply trunks

This company did not live up to its reputation. And it's truly sad. What is worse is I called before purchasing the Amazon voucher to specifically inquire about the service, the process and a possible additional service, if I was dissatisfied. What I was told on the phone and what was delivered were two entirely opposing realities. Here's what happened, below.
First, The Clean Air was scheduled to come out earlier this week. Less than half an hour before their scheduled time, I received a phone call indicating they had to cancel because of an issue with the motor in the machine

The crew and technicians did a wonderful job, they went extra miles outside the original agreement we had to fix the broken ducts. They even went further to call make sure their boss came. I am extremely happy with their service. It worth every penny spent on the project. I'd recommend them to all and sundry.
