The dryer vent was giving me issues and I made a few calls. Lowe's cleaning gave me the best rate (not only for the dryer vent but for the duct cleaning of the entire house) and also gave me the quickest window to fix. Once they arrived, they were efficient and thorough. They showed me how much lint was stuck in the dryer vents and also replaced the outer duct free of charge. I am very happy with their service and will recommend them!

Lowe's responded promptly and they were very flexible with us on time-frame. We were getting an HVAC repair and needed our ducts cleaned ASAP. They came out the next day and we had accidentally scheduled repair and them at the same time. They were super friendly and said no problem we can come back in one day. They came back on a holiday (July 4th) to get the job done. Not only was Alexander super thorough, but he explained everything to us, and even pointed out some areas where there was leakage (i.e. our ducts were not installed well). He showed my husband how to tape them up to seal leaks

These guys were great! Scheduling (and rescheduling) online and by phone was easy, technician showed up on time and helped me find my outside vent, and got to work cleaning. Job was tough due to decades (!) of lint buildup, and he had to come back with a partner and more tools because of this, but everything was completed perfectly and ducts were fully cleaned afterwards. I would definitely use them again and recommend!

I tried to have my air duct cleaning. Had to reschedule my first appointment because of my work schedule. The second appointment was confirmed, but then the main office called me the day of the appoitment (about 2 hours prior to scheduled time) to inform me the technician called out. We then recheduled. The next appointment was confirmed at 8am. However, he was no show at 8:20 without a text or a call, so I called main office. They could not get ahold of him, then call me back again said he was stuck at another project. Nevertheless, I requested cancellation at this time.

I called this company because i was smelling something through the vents and the worker came checked my vents and realized that wasn't the issue because I have a brand new system,He told me he could would still clean them if I wanted him to I said no.He left and didn't charge me because he didn't do anything. I have been scammed with air vent cleaning in the past, so I researched and spoke to a dozen different duct cleaning companies before I found this one. The receptionist on the phone was very thorough and explained the process to me, and scheduled me at a time that worked for my schedule. The technician came and was very polite, and was very honest with me when he saw that I don't have a normal furnace to do the type of duct cleaning they usually do. I researched local air duct and dryer vent cleaners for three days before deciding to use Lowe's. I now know these guys are truly the best and do the job right. The tech was detail oriented and scrubbed the vents thoroughly. He showed me before and after live video of the vents and cleaned out my dryer vent really well.
