I was very pleased with the service. Louis came within the time period he stated. Our dryer needed a part ordered in order to repair it. I didn't have to pay for anything until the job was completed. The part came in quick and Louis returned to finish the job as expected. The dryer works great. The rate was reasonable. Thank you very much!!!

Louis did an amazing job repairing my Samsung French door refrigerator. I have had 6 other repairmen over the last 5 years from both Samsung and Sears come to my house and none of them properly repaired our refrigerator. I was able to get an appointment for service quickly, which is unheard of considering I had to wait up to 3 weeks for other repairmen. Louis was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He is a locally owned business and he's a veteran....we couldn't be happier with the service provided. I'd highly recommend.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
Had an appointment with this company with a 4hr window. My wife took off of work to be able to be home. They never showed up. Didn’t even call to say they were not going to make it. I guess it’s a good thing. If that’s an indication of how they do business then I’m glad no money was exchanged. Very unprofessional.

On November 12, 2020, I had this man at my house to repair my dishwasher. I was pleased by his promptness and was grateful that he made himself available during a hazardous time. (At that time I left a 5-star review here.) He said he would order the necessary part (for which I paid up front) and return when it arrived to complete the repair. That was A YEAR AGO. I contacted him last March to check status; he said the part was back ordered and also that he had been sick. I agreed to wait. In September, I contacted him again and he said the part was due to arrive that same week. I never heard from

This seems to be a trend… but I had made an appointment with Louie to come out this past Friday between 8-12 to look at my washer. A little after 10am he sent a message giving me a heads up that he was running behind as he was stuck on a job that he was having a difficult time finding a leak, which was fine. I was planning to be home all day anyway. I hadn’t heard anything so I messaged him around 2:30 asking if he had an ETA for me…. No response. 2.5-3 hours later, I messaged asking if he was not coming… again no response. It’s now the next day and still nothing. I totally understand

Simply outstanding. I had originally called Sears, and they couldn't send anyone for 2 weeks! Called Absolute, left a message, and within the hour I received a call back and they were at my house the next day. Better price than Sears!! I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Highly recommended. He was able to diagnose the problem via phone, ordered the part and scheduled time to come out for the repair. Fairly priced. Came in literally exactly on time. Repaired Jenn air dishwasher. Clean and efficient. My wife was at home by herself during repair and felt very comfortable with the repairman being around. He explained the process, what was wrong and how to protect the appliance in the future. Will certainly use again in the future.
