With the fast pace of communications in our modern age, we keep current with our clients through our website.
At Service-Tech Appliance Repair Inc. we guarantee all our appliance repair work. Between our two technicians, our combined experience of over 30 years and our training keep us among the best in the industry. We want our clients to know that we do the repair promptly and correctly the first time. Labor charges are based on the repair.
Service-Tech Appliance Repair Inc. appointments are available between Monday - Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Appointments are scheduled for two- hours (For example: 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. or 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.) The technician arrives at the residence within the two- hour time frame. We call to confirm the time after receiving the service request.

So thankful for this company! After being cancelled on the day before by TWO other local companies. When I called service tech and they sent someone out the NEXT DAY I couldn’t believe it. Although our washer was far from being fixed, I’m thankful for the insight the repair tech had for my husband and I. I will be using this company and this company only for my future repairs

I called at 10:30am on a Friday. Meredith said Todd would be here between 1:30 and 3:30 the same day! Todd arrived at 1:35pm and, as promised, was masked and courteous. He diagnosed the problem with a 26-year old Maytag and said he would try to order the part. He called an hour later and said that he had been able to do that.
On Monday morning at 8am, Meredith called to say that the part was in, and that Todd would be out that morning. He arrived at 9am and the repair was completed by 9:15am.

They are terribly. He came and made it seem like he took care of everything and took the money only to discover that as soon as he left and it rained. The gutters were still leaking as they were and my problem was not solved. I tried to call him back and have him come back and when he found out that he needs to come back, he stopped answering my calls. Don’t use them. They are terrible
