The whole appliance master team was professional, personable, and competent - from the first contact, appointment scheduler to the Jeremy B. the tech who solved our problem. The small upper ring on the high heat burner with two tier burning flames on our Samsung stove was burning with a yellow flame. After careful inspection, Jeremy noticed that… the two gas jets on the big outer burner ring were of different sizes and that the gas jet on the small burner ring had too large an opening. He switched the jets so that the small jet was correctly placed on the small burner and solved the problem

Called Appliance Master to investigate a Whirlpool washer that would not enter the final spin cycle. I was unable to be home for the visit, but had someone at the property hand the technician a detailed account of what was wrong and the steps I took to address it. Long story short: I ran the diagnostic cycle and noted that the motor failure code came up. The technician ran the same diagnostic cycle, wrote "motor failure" on the invoice, quoted an obscene repair price and left. I had two refrigerators that needed different repairs. The technician arrived in the middle of the appointment time window and was able to make all the repairs in about 30 minutes. He answered all my questions and gave me some tips to keep things running smoothly in the future. I can't speak to price value because I don't have any quotes from other repair services to compare to, but it was definitely way cheaper than buying two new refrigerators.

Company is overpriced. We needed a bottom oven element replaced, which needed no diagnosis since the element was burned in half. Gave this info to office person with oven model and serial number, which the office person requested. 3 days later tech showed up on time with no element. Looks at the oven and immediately sees the problem without doing anything else. Then orders the part, gives me a price for entire job, refuses to break it down into parts and labor. Since he was there already, I agreed. Two weeks later he returned and installed the element. Tech was very good, professional and on time

We had used them before and knew that if we didn't hire them to do the job that there would be a service charge. They came on May 4, 2021 and said that we needed a new garbage disposal. We gave them a down payment of $500+. Never heard from them again. I called several times and was promised a call back . . . nothing. Finally, I got an email… in August saying that the part was back ordered. They had our money for 4 months. Have used this company about 4 times in the past and have been pleased. Scheduled appointment to repair washing machine on Friday, they cancel. Inconvenient for us to reschedule to Saturday but we rearrange our schedule. They cancel again!
Called different appliance repair who came that Saturday, and finished the job same day (went out and returned with part).
Canceling once is understandable but twice is poor business and a loss of trust (at least call and explain).

DO NOT USE! Called for repair on 6/12. Spent $400 (not included $$ on spoiled food after each supposed repair) so far and my refrigerator is still not repaired. Three visits from one tech who has since quit the company. Today’s tech (tech number 2, visit number 4!) said repair is now $290. Can only request a refund via email and cannot get a single person who can do anything other than take appointments on the phone.

SCAM!!! I recieved terrible service from this company. They came to fix my dryer and told me i could m9ney down (100.00) on a part that i waited over 6 months for. That was supposed to be refundanle if i chose not to use the part. When i called the the representative told me ther was a $99.00 stocking fee ( which is my deposit) and another service fee on top of that. In which i was never told about at the day of service. She must know this scam. Because she quickly hung up on me when i questuoned the charges.

I had a 4-year-old LG washer with an LE code which clearly relates to a defective motor. LG puts a 10 year warranty on their washer motors. I called Appliance Master as they advertised as being LG "Certified". It was after the technician showed up and diagnosed the problem to be bad motor and I made a service fee of $100 that I learnt from Appliance Master that even though they are certified by LG, they do not do Warranty work. The $100 was supposed to be applicable to the cost of repair.

I called appliance master to repair our dryer that randomly stopped working. They scheduled an appointment for a few days later and said they will try to fit me in sooner if they have any openings. They called me the next day and were able to fit me in. The technician was professional and not at all pushy to use their services. He fixed the problem; however, when checking out the work the same issue came back. He fit me in first thing the next day free of charge, I just had to pay the $20 for the additional part. Would definitely recommend.

Matt from Brick Appliance Master was remarkable. My refrigerator stopped working and required a part not in stock. I need refrigeration for medication. The repairman Matt went back to his home and brought me the mini fridge from his office for me to use for my meds. Who does that! Once part came he was back and made the repair, cleaned up. Terrible business! After appointments were scheduled incorrectly which lead to loss of work days for me, diagnosis was incorrect followed by wrong parts being ordered and no urgency from management to fix the issue at all. I would describe my experience as terrible. If you need your appliance repaired stay far away from Appliance Master in Flemington.

This has to be one of the worst appliance repair company ever. I called and made appointment for Monday 4/1. Appliance Master gave me a window from 3 clock to 8 pm and never showed up. I called them the next morning and they apologies and said it was error in the system and they would like to have the opportunity to come out on Tuesday 4/2/ at 5 pm. My veterinarian recommended ApplianceMaster because she is always in a hurry and keeps medications in her refrigerator. She said they are "fast and fair".
