My wife and I got to know the fine people at Hanks Flooring in Glens Falls this year. The flooring & tile professionals spent almost two weeks at our home in Queensbury. They replaced our living room, dining room and hall floors with Coretec Plus Enhanced Plank flooring, it looks like real oak wood, without all the work that comes with wood, we just love the look and ease of cleaning. Hanks also did our kitchen floor with Armstrong vinyl flooring and added new baseboard trim, it came out beautiful. Hanks friendly craftsmen we’re so neat and clean as they worked in our home, we never had a mess

We had engineered bamboo installed throughout the first floor of our home. The process was quick and easy. The installers were phenomenal-working around and with our other contractors for a seamless installation process. Highly recommend.

We received super help with choosing our flooring, including loans of samples and suggestions. Our installers, Steve and Eric, could not have been more friendly and helpful while they were in our home. When a problem beyond the store’s scope was found in one room, Hank very willingly let us return that flooring until we could get the problem fixed. The only negative is that we did not receive any instructions for cleaning the new floors, and our installers did not know.

To begin, my sister & I were in a real crunch for time when we hired Hank's for flooring and they really went above & beyond to get it done, and not a moment to spare! Barry was really helpful getting us the floors we needed, explaining what floor was durable and even let us take carpet and vinyl tiles home to compare and get the floor we needed. So the Customer Service was exceptional. They even understood that my brain was really scattered when I forgot to send the payment. Very understanding!! For that, we are very grateful.
