I called Queensbury Tile and Spas and talked to Mark about a sauna. I couldn't go to the store because of covid. I was told the saunas would not be in until October, but I was under the impression that one was ordered for me. When I did not hear back from Mark I emailed him to be sure he had my correct email. This is our correspondence;
