Wilton Floors has always done a fantastic job for me. This is my third floor job with them and they continue to exceed my expectations. They were flexible during all the material delays, etc., very professional, and asked me what I wanted to do when there were issues. I highly recommend them, not only because they do great work but also because they are a local business.

Great service, huge selection to choose from. Came the same day for a measurement and ordered my flooring right away. Installed quickly, professionally and were very friendly. The whole process took less than 10 days. Overall I am very happy with my experience. I would definitely recommend.
The new owner is knowledgeable and informative. Actually cared about the longevity of my hardwood and leveled out my floors and installed everything correctly so there will not be any issues later.

A VERY POOR EXPERIENCE though this business came highly recommended. The hardwood floor installation was terrible & the former owner Rich Amos did the work himself. The floor is uneven & the house was new built so everything was level. Rich took an attitude that he didn't have any interest in correcting the problem. The new owners were then contacted & they're response is that they were not responsible for any work done prior to them taking ownership of the business & they would not be correcting the problem.

Veteran owned and operated! Military discount is available. Flooring installers all have 20+ years experience and the craftsmanship is hands down the best in the area. Great customer service; measurements and estimates are done right away at the customers convenience. The flooring selection is huge and the pricing is fair and reasonable. Wilton Floors is by far the best floor covering store in the upstate capital region.
