Golden Bay Glass has the most friendly staff we've come across in years!!!! Very thorough and professional workmanship. We had shower doors installed for both free standing shower and bathtub enclosure. Can't thank them enough and will definitely use them in the future for remodel on our duplex. We will need shower enclosures, mirrors and new windows. We have certainly found a gold mine in Golden Bay Glass!!!! Thank you Chuck and entire staff!!!

This is one of the nicest and genuine group of people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Although I wasn't able to have a project I was planning to fruition because I didn't have funds to it at the time, they took the time to help me achieve part of what I wanted to do. And even offered to show a technique in which to do certain things myself. That kind of thing just doesn't happen with other businesses. Without a doubt I will in do business with these folks in the future.

Golden Bay Glass diagnosed and repaired a set of glass doors in our commercial office space. We are very satisfied with the work Golden Bay Glass preformed for us. We worked through Jackie in the office. Despite being busy, the crew promptly responded and was out to take a look at the issue quickly. They did professional work for a fair price. I am very pleased with the help I have received from Golden Bay Glass. They have actually come to my house in Belmont two times and both times the work has been great. I have been treated fairly, prices have been reasonable, and I have been pleased with the folks that have come to my house. This second time Charles came and he took extra time to fix the lever mechanism from my casement window. He didn't have to do that as the work was for the broken glass on the same window but he took care on helping me on the whole problem and that is huge for me. Many thanks and I will certainly contact

The original windows were installed by another vendor which has since gone out of business. A number the of insulation panes failed and of course at different times. We have used Golden Bay twice to replace the failed panes. The work crew was on time, professional and left the work area clean and neat at the end of the day. This was our experience the first time also. Would recommend to others.

Do not hire them!!!! Don't even call them for a quote.
We needed the glass replaced in our home that was 18ft off the ground. Not an easy job so I wanted a professional company to do so. I received a quote after emailing through the website. I sent photos of the job site conditions and spoke with them on the phone. Then I talked to the owner, Chuck, in person. I received the original quote within a week.
The cost was 3k to 3500.00 so I asked them if we could firm up the cost so that they could proceed. They said that they would have Chuck get back to me upon his return from his vacation

Golden Bay Glass saved our corporate office with same-day service. After the mailman backed into our front wall of glass, we weren't sure how we were going to secure the building at night. Their team was able to come in only a few hours after calling them to install a temporary wooden structure while they waited for the large glass panel to come in.
The glass came in a few days later, and their team took less than an hour to break down the wood and re-install the glass. They even matched the tint to our existing windows.

I had a break in at my store and the glass door was shattered. On my drive to the store I call at least a dozen glass places. These guys showed up to my store within minutes. They beat me to the store and were cleaning the glass when I showed up. I had new glass in within minutes of showing up. It made me feel a lot better of having my place broken into. And they gave me a great price. Definitely give them a call.
