I had an amazing experience with this company. Tom was the person who I initially spoke to and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had cracked our daughter's bedroom window in the apartments we live in. Tom and the team were very accommodating as I did not want my landlord to know about us switching out the glass. He is pretty strict. The guys even were okay with canceling when my landlord showed up unexpectedly lol. We rescheduled and the took measurements and by the next week had installed the window like nothing had ever happened. Lol thank you guys you saved me for sure!

Just wanted Everyone to know that Central Glass is an Awesome company! I needed a small piece of mirror cut for my car and I was so very lucky to meet Tom who helped me out. He was Very kind, considerate and diligent in getting the mirror cut to exacting size and even duplicated the curved corners!
So if you need glass repaired, replaced or mirror work go to Central Glass and say Hi to Tom. Tell him "Rick" the teacher needing a small mirror referred you!

Really happy with Central Glass. I had a broken double pane window and close to no window company would bother if i wasn't installing a dozen windows in my home. Central glass measured it up and had a matching sealed double pane unit installed in the original frame in a few days. Price was reasonable. Glad to know this company is close by.

The sliding doors in the abode have been sticking. It was getting to the point where something had to be done. After talking to several places we settled on Central Glass. The team that came out was professional as they prepared the quote for three sliding windows.
On work day they arrived on time and took care of the issues. The sliders were torn apart and reinstalled. There had been some warping of the original frames on the lower floor windows which took some work. All was done in the same day and the doors slide almost effortlessly.

Wow. What a wonderful experience after a not so great experience that led me to needing glass services .
Our office was broken into last night and we had a huge gaping hole where our door used to be. We needed to get this repaired ASAP .
Luckily my first phone call was to Brian at Central glass. He was familiar with the area and even had experience in my business complex . He told me the worst case senario would mean it would be a few days before the glass would come in. I told Brian how dire the situation was and he said he would check to see what he had in stock.
Literally an hour later Brian

I walked into the office and asked them if they can replace fogged windows glass. Tom asked me sent them pictures and roughly windows glass size. I email him two windows glass pictures with the size I measured. Tom gave me a quick quote with a reasonable price and sent the handyman came to my house to get accurate glass measurement. In a week, they came to my house and replaced two double pane windows glass. They did wonderful job!

Got new windows for our whole house during a remodel. We talked with them about the available styles and designed divided light windows to match the windows we were replacing. After the review, nearly a week later, "to be fair," Central Glass called me up to ask "hey, we had an appointment scheduled with you...was it last Friday or this coming Friday?" I replied..."it was LAST Friday and I've moved on...thanks but I've gotten it handled"
My 1 star still stands...for MY OWN experience, the business is disorganized (or maybe I slipped through the cracks of their "complex system").

We had Milgard Retro-fit windows and a French Door installed - the Office Staff was professional, informative, and intelligent. They asked the right questions to make sure we were very clear as to what we were purchasing. We especially liked that they also made suggestions that saved money and still we got the best deal.
They came in a timely manner, performed the work in a clean safe environment - both before and after installation. The installers were very polite offering to remove their shoes to enter our home - we now have Energy efficient approved windows.

WORST COMPANY I EVER USED. If I can put 0 star, I will no hesitation to put it. The company did a lousy job. I asked to replace my broken windows. Not only the charge is expensive and the workmanship is terrible. The white plastic tape wrap around the glass side like a kindergarten job. Not diagonal cutting, not totally fit, loose taping and even using broken tape. You can name it all. The worst thing is sending the photos to the manager, Tom and he claimed is not his workers work.
