This company Hayward Glass is highly recommended. Talking about doing a Professional window job at my apartment is like well DONE. I called John S. for an estimate and within an hour his crew showed up and fixed the window. He also gave me a very good decent price for my broken window. It supposed to be $350.00 and he charged me $290.00 instead. You can't get any better deal than that? Kudos to Hayward Glass!!!

Quick, efficient, easy and friendly. I needed a glass top for my coffee table and I called and spoke to RiRi. She promptly emailed me an estimate that came with a link for easy payment. Then I got a call a few days later that the glass was ready an I could set up a time for a free local delivery. The technician, Mike arrived on the delivery date and cleaned and placed the glass for me. He was even so kind as to take measurements for a future service. All in all it was a great experience and I will continue to work with this company.

These guys are the REAL DEAL. We originally called them for an emergency fix at our store in the middle of the night. They sent someone out for a temporary fix until the right piece of glass came in, which was only 2 days later.
We decided to use John and his team again during our bathroom remodel at home. Spectacular work! John made awesome recommendations on how to make our shower enclosure and mirrors look amazing.

Awful "0" stars is not an option here. They barely answer the phone. Estimator does not respond to phone or text messages. After several weeks of trying desperately to get a quote from them, I gave up and gave several thousand dollars of my business to Beeline Glass in Hayward. Beeline was quick to respond, professional and knowledgeable. Future business will go to Beeline Glass for sure!

I'm actually thinking 3 stars may be a little too generous. I was initially impressed with their response time. John came out timely and measured for my shower doors, said it would be about 10 days. They called and scheduled the install... and this is where things went wrong. They cut the two glass panels different sizes. Luckily they noticed before the install. Not very good at getting back to you or following up on a quote. Very passive service. I needed a window replaced. Took two months because they kept loosing the measurements and having to come back out. Then they ordered the wrong glass. Then they came out for installation and brought someone else's glass. I bet they lose a lot of business simply because the office doesn't hustle a little bit more.

Completely satisfied!!! We had an old glass shower door that was overdue to be replaced. When they came to take measurements initially, they gave us advice on what would look good. The installers, Martin and Gabriel were fantastic: prompt, efficient, courteous, and of course, safe - wearing masks the entire time. The new shower door looks great!!!

We requested a quote and a measurement for our shower door and two gentlemen arrived on time as expected. They were both very professional and careful given COVID: they had their masks on and immediately took their shoes off when walking in.
They took measurements and looked at the problem we had with the shower door. Needless to say they were extremely honest and helpful and also very knowledgeable.

We requested a mirror replacement and gave all the details. Quote we received was $750 which is about $100 lower then top companies we found on Yelp quoted. When we agreed to process the job, they sent a tech to measure a mirror, who came 2 hours late.
After a couple of days they send a quote that increase from $750 to $1450! The details of the job did not change, except that small chrome molding on one of the sides is missing and has to be replaced. Rest of the stuff that has to be done was originally discussed! Don't waste your time like we did and call different company!

If you call them you will be sorry. The office person is nice and sort of tricks you into thinking they might care about your order but trust me, they don't! They have had my money and my sample for months now and they will not return my call or give me my glass or even my sample back. I used the Yelp quote feature and Hayward Glass responded on the project I was seeking a quote. John was great and patient with helping with my custom glass I wanted for a outdoor fire table. They are closed Saturday's but he even offered to meet me at the shop so I could get it. I was able to come in on a Monday and pick up the glass exactly as I requested. Great work, great folks. Highly recommended.

After almost a month our bathroom was almost done, now all we needed was the shower glass... went on yelp to look for estimates. It was an amazing deal with this hayward glass. We had an excellent experience working with John and his firm. They were very professional, timely and cost-effective. We were building a completely new office of more than 10,000 square feet and the entire space was divided by glass walls to delineate multiple offices and meeting rooms.

When I was searching in google to find a local windows repair business in Hayward, I found their website online, it was after 8pm, I texted the number then within minutes, they replied to me and they followed up with a phone call the next morning.

I sent a few messages to Hayward Glass via Yelp and John was very prompt to getting back to me and arranging for his team to come out to check out the bathroom glass doors that I needed to replace. Really love the customer service of this place and the quality of the work they do. We needed a custom shower glass installed and David came out and came up with a much better design than some of the other places that we talked to and at a reasonable price. I didn't really know exactly what i wanted so he educated me on options - from the handles to the clamps that hold the glass to get the desired aesthetic we wanted. He knows what he is doing and you can tell he has a ton of experience.
