I started dealing with this company in July, I paid for half of the cost of a repair, four weeks later, they had yet to return to fix my washer. It was one excuse after another for them not showing up. I have requested a refund and they said they would refund me and a month later still no refund. Impossible to get a hold of anyone in person, always having to leave a message. Unprofessional staff. Would not recommend them.

They were supposed to repair my dishwasher but never showed up. I tried all day to get an idea of when they would be coming because they said sometime between 1-7 but I could not get ahold of anyone and no one would respond to my voicemail. Finally around 2pm I called a few times in a row and then I got a text that they were talking with the tech and would call me shortly with a timeframe. At 6:40 they text me to tel me they’re not coming and will call me tomorrow to reschedule. A six hour timeframe and they couldn’t even make it there. I only called to have them narrow down the time because

They came out to fix my freezer, took 30min and over $300 and they stated it was a per visit cost. The same issue happened with my freezer 3 weeks later and when I called them back to look at it they kept scheduling me out 1 week later 3 different times and never came back. They eventually stopped taking my calls and messages. Do not recommend.

We made an appointment to have our fridge repaired. Appointment was set for the following Friday. We were told that they would be at our house between 1 and 5 pm. We made arrangements to be at the house all afternoon. When 5:30 pm came and went, we checked our phone only to discover we had a missed call at 4:30 pm from them, and a message saying they were on their way, but needed to to hear from us before just coming over... for the appointment that we had already made with them. Attempted to call, and the techs cell phone was turned off-straight to vm. Left a message, sent a text, called and left

They did an excellent job with scheduling the repair and giving a window of time for the technician to arrive. They called 30 minutes ahead of his arrival too. The technician was friendly and professional, and he brought the replacement parts and fixed it quickly. I highly recommend this business!

Our first appointment was scheduled to have the repairman come out and look at our microwave. We were then called back and told it would be the following day. No problem. The guy came on a Friday and he was great. Turns out we needed a new microwave. We bought one that Saturday and called Monday to get it installed. We were told the guy would be here Thursday between 1 and 7. On Thursday, my husband was called and told it would be the next day instead. My husband explained that it would need to be before 5 pm and was told that was fine. Now, it is 4:50 p.m. and no one has showed up yet. My husband

Everyone so nice. Called about dishwasher not working. Serviceman arrived on time and gave me his full attention while I told him what it was doing. He ran test and explained what could be done and I decided that I need a new one that I am sure will last a long time. As soon as I get it I will call them back to make appointment to make sure it is installed correctly.

We have had a troublesome refrigerator for the last few years and South Austin Appliance Repair has been a great help in trying to figure out what is going on. James in particular has been super helpful and thoroughly educates us on every issue we've had. They are responsive and helpful over the phone as well. I've used South Austin Appliance three times in 5 years. Chance is the man. He can fix any fridge or fix a leaky faucet. They do good work and it comes with a warranty. Be patient. Leave them a message and Judy will get back to you. I just bought a used microwave from these guys and it is like new with all new parts. My coffee is HOT lickity split. The door was old but Chance came back the following week with a brand new one.
