Jeff Bowman started plumbing in this community at the age of 16- working for and owning his own company throughout the years he was ready to take a step back, and his daughter, Hannah, was honored to take over.

Massie Creek Plumbing did a fantastic job when they replaced my sewer line. They arrived on time and finished the job as projected. And, best of all, they were very careful to make sure the bathroom became functional as soon as possible. They even had someone who came in to do repair work to the shower that was needed. I would give this company six stars if that were possible.

I highly recommend Massie Creek Plumbing. It was easy to schedule an appointment via phone. The scheduler was responsive and helpful. Bryan, the plumber who came out to the house, was prompt and professional. He provided a great solution to an exterior hose faucet which would not shut off. The malfunctioning hose faucet was a cheap type installed by the builder, and it was in an inaccessible location. Bryan relocated the faucet to a logical location where future access on the back side was easy to get to. He installed a much better quality faucet. He did all this in before lunch. Overall I'm very

I am a long-time customer of Massie Creek Plumbing and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing services. On Wednesday we had a cascading series of events which led to a failed propane water heater and thus no hot water. I called Massie Creek late in the morning on Thursday and they were out to address the problem by 12:30PM. They quickly found the root cause of the problem despite some exceedingly long telephone waits with the water heater OEM when seeking technical and parts support. Customer service is KEY for me as a consumer and Massie Creek Plumbing were so great to work with from the get go. From their office staff who answer the phones all the way to John, who actually completed the work in our home, it was a positive experience to work with Massie Creek Plumbing.
John, our plumber, was not only friendly but he was on time, efficient and very sweet to our 10 year old Yorkie whom he kept referring to as "sweetheart."
Plus, the cost of the install ended up being cheaper than the original estimate! We will definitely use Massie Creek Plumbing again in the future!

Awesome to work with! They are not only are nice, honest folks, but they do great work. We are remodeling our kitchen and they moved water and drain pipes in the ceiling and did a great job. They were able to think creatively and were able to move pipes that other companies said it could not be done. Would work with them again hands down!

Massie Creek Plumbing responded promptly after I notified the owner that I had no hot water. Hannah was polite and efficient on the phone. Not to mention that I contacted Massie Creek Plumbing on a Sunday afternoon.I gave Jeff an overview of what I was experiencing and he quickly diagnosed the problem. Travis and Charlie arrived at my residence the following day. They quickly determined that my hot water heater needed replaced.
