Our well pump gave out early one morning before work. I searched the web for local businesses that could get to us quick. Made the call to the office - Charolette was extremely professional and worked with the team to see if they could fit us in. Johnny came out and diagnosed the issue, got the parts and installed a new well pump. Great company, professional services, and friendly crew. I'll definitely call them with my next plumbing issue.

We were planning to remodel our whole bathroom, but were willing to break the work scope up to smaller items, with a focus on getting the main shower replaced.
We called Bear Plumbing and left a message, twice......but did not receive a call back. We called for a third time and got hold of someone, who unenthusiastically booked an appointment for someone to come look at our bathroom.
A representative showed on time and was very helpful. He reviewed our needs with the bathroom, took pictures and said that with the exception of the shower glass, they could complete the work. Beginning in around

Called to get an estimate to run a gas line for a new range. While the receptionist was very friendly, I had to keep calling back to get an estimate. Poor follow up. Never got a call from the plumber himself as I had questions/comments. And then when I did get an unwritten quote over the phone after calling numerous times they wanted an exorbitant price for a simple job. Would not recommended. Call A-Abel instead.

We've used bear plumbing twice now to clear some drains and fix some issue we had and they are literally the best service we have ever used for anything we needed fixed, they are knowledgeable clean prompt and charged us a very fair rate for all the work done. I recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing service. We will continue to use them because they did awesome job!

Called Bear Plumbing out for an estimate to install a drain (slab foundation). Wanted to install a handicap shower in my son's room. They evaluated the project and said that they would send and estimate. Called them 5 days later because I still had not received an estimate. They gave me a $$$ over the phone and said that they would email me the estimate. 10 days later still nothing, I guess they don't want to do the work. Don't see myself bothering them to get something done.

I decided to change out my whole house water filter ON CHRISTMAS DAY! I should have known better. It sprung a BEAR of a water main leak. Ice cold water was coming out like a lawn sprinkler. I finally got the water turned off but, of course, no one fixes leaks on Christmas. So, I wait until first thing in the morning the day after to find a plumber.
I called Bear and talked to Charlotte. She said her Dad would be out soon round 2PM. WOW! He arrived right at 2 with his apprentice Josh and they had me up and running in no time. When I got the bill, I thought that it wasn't enough for all the things
