PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND HIRE A BETTER CARPET CLEANING COMPANY.
We hired Master Clean to clean to do a move out carpet clean. The tech recommended an upgraded service which was supposed to remove 80-90% of the stains as their standard carpet clean does not remove any stains (per the tech). When opt in the additional fees, we were expecting the carpet to have a pet deodorizer as well as the stains to be removed. Per their website, the are experts in removing stains. After the tech cleaned the carpet, it was HORRIBLE. Several dark spot were let in the carpet and the pet deodorizer was not

Hired this company for my elderly mother to clean her carpets and ducts. They showed up and cleaned two rooms and charged her for three. Made some lame excuse why they could not clean the ducts. They are a total bait and switch company. I wish I had been there when the scamsters took advantage of a poor old lady. And double shame to Valupak for promoting this rip off company.

My grand parents scheduled an appointment and were quoted 49.99 for one room and 39.99 per chair for 2. So figured 150ish out the door. NOPE as the other comments say bait and switch. 422.99. After he was told this isn't what they agreed upon he continued the "chemical treatment". After a very unprofessional back and forth discussion they agreed upon a price and performed the service. Everything looked clean when completed but horrible customer service. I do not recommend this company.

This is definitely a rip off company, use the 89.99 for 5 rooms free deoderizer, he first told me $415, I was in shock, I didnt know they would add $175 for treatment of dog urine stains and heavy used walkways, and $50 for stairs and hallway, then at end charged me $19 for tax. He was in and out in less than an hour, could hardly speak any English, seemed very shady. Said carpet would be dry in 3 to 4 hours, now 24 hours still wet, afterwards I could have kicked myself should have told him to leave as soon as he told me the $415, removing a room, I got him down to $315, then he told me $19 for

They advertised a 79.99 duct cleaning and member said that price was for apartments not single family and there was no way that would cover my house. But no where on the advertisement does it say anything he mentioned. Paid 225$ because we needed it done. I highly recommend anyone else but this company. It would have been nice if they would have mentioned it when we scheduled it.

This company is a total rip off. they just charged me 170.00 to clean 2 half rooms a small hall way and stairs. They have a coupon that says 89.99 for 5 rooms. And they didn't even do a good job. still stains on my carpet. Please save your money and do your research in these companies . I am very upset about paying 179.00 for this mess. Also before my appointment I called them to see the exact day they were coming, and they called me back and said that they wanted to reschedule because of the rain. it took the guy every but of 30 min yo clean my carpet and got charged 170.00. I booked a carpet cleaning appointment with them for my apartment.
On the day of the appointment, the driver showed and said he could not do it because truck was not equipped to reach my apartment. The driver stated he encounters this problem all the time from booking. If they don't have the proper equipment to service apartment complexes then they should specify it during booking and on their website. The manager was very unapologetic, did not see it was thier responsibility to see if they if they could do the job before booking and did not care he wasted my entire day. A horrible experience

Bait and switch. my friend was gonna pay them $100 as that is what the deal said, but when the guy came, not to mention he was 2 hours late, looked around and said it was gonna be $280. the tech said his carpets were in bad condition and tried to push a more expensive price. DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!

This was a complete waist of money and of time. I called for the $75 cleaning that they advertised and when he got here I was told that it was just a quick cleaning and my house is well overdue for a deep cleaning because I have mold in my vents. So I went with the $300 sanitizer option. Now, I have had this service done before in San Diego for my vent system there and they used this awesome brush on a hose that whipped around and actually cleaned the vent. They also told me that if I ever had my drier vent cleaned and it vented to the roof, then whoever is cleaning it needed to go to the roof

Like everyone else has said, bait and switch. The 69.99 quoted price for duct cleaning was only for people that has their ducts cleaned every 3 or 3 years, it would be $500.00 for him to do it. The 69.99 price for 1 room and hall was counted as 2 full rooms by the tech and would be 200.00 if I wanted soap to be used. I said never mind and you could tell he was used to hearing that.

Had someone come out to do my carpets, 2 rooms, the tech was here for less than 20 minutes and the state of my carpets is horrible. The price I was quoted was not the price the Tech said it would cost, also wouldn't let me pay by credit card, insisted I pay with cash, now I know why so I can't stop payment on the poor services. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They pull people in with their $79.99 coupon for 5 rooms to get your carpets cleaned but will end up charging 3x the price. We ended up paying $220.00 for 3 rooms and the stairs. Total ripoff!! They just provide excuse after excuse of why they charge more than what they advertise the service for. This is false advertisement!! A shady company like this taking advantage of people should be shut down. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I wouldn't recommend these crooks to anyone!

We attempted to use a coupon from Fresh Cleaners for carpet cleaning. The ad was for $80 for 5 rooms + hallway, deodorizing and sanitizing. When the tech arrives he said it was going to be $450 to make them look new, and that at the least it'd be $250. I told him I wasn't planning on paying 3x as much and that we had the $80 coupon. Found this company on a Val-Pak advertisement. We just got a new heating and air system installed on Monday but, didn't include new duct work. Wanting to get this cleaned for our health so, saw an ad for $64.99 unlimited vent cleaning. Called and they came out 6/13/2020. When he (no mask on) arrived he asked when the last time vents cleaned. I advised never. Says price will change. Quoted me $425.00 he saw my expression and said I'll lower to $375.00. Talked with my husband because this included a 7 year warranty. Well we agreed. He asked if we had a ladder he could use (huh?) uh no.
