Bill and the team are AWESOME!! I just purchased a house that was (cough) not well taken care of. Thanks to these guys it’s smells SO MUCH BETTER!!! They were friendly, fast, caring and communication was on point! To top it off, they didn’t recommend what didn’t need to be done! I would and will be recommending their services in the future. The staff were polite and on time. I don't know how to access if the job was done perfectly or not, until I asked for a second opinion.
I only have 2 concerns.
1. I was told that I need more service to be done on my vent cleaning and sold $500.00 service. I just want it done so I agree to pay.
2. The last red flag was when I was writing the check, I was asked to write the check to a person and not a company.

Very thorough but immediately tried to turn a $39 Groupon into a $1300+ job. I agreed to cleaning the dryer vent because I wasn’t sure when it was last changed. Did not replace the furniture they moved in bedroom nor did they replace the night light in the bathroom they unplugged to accommodate the machine they used. Not a big deal unless you can’t do it yourself without issues.

I purchased their highest Groupon voucher as a gift for my son who just purchased his 1st home. He made a reservation and they came out but refused to do the work. They stated he would have to pay extra 100s of dollars to have his vents cleaned. Note he has a very small 3 bedroom house with intact vent and 6vents total which the Groupon would more then cover. Needless to say I requested a refund since these people advertised falsely what they would just so they could get out to the house to make you pay.

I bought this on Groupon and the first appointment I had scheduled they called 15 minutes before the latest arrival time to say the tech couldn't make it. I rescheduled for today (2/13/21) and they never showed. I never got a reminder call or text and was never contacted to let me know they weren't going to show. My Groupon says I redeemed it so now I'm out that money and my vent still hasn't been cleaned.

I thought it might be good though they were later than stated. Cool day out so it was not so bad to leave my dogs out for the short time I was quoted the cleaning would take. The time was 15 minutes which turned into over an hour of the vacuum machine running and nothing more coming out of the vents. Chris was very lazy and Todd was a secure salesmen in his own way. I used the restroom and when I came out, I found Chris opening drawers in the other bedroom. Purchased a Groupon, which was my first mistake. Second mistake, allowing them to "clean" the air ducts and waste an hour of my time. The gentleman who showed up at my house tried to up sell me like $500 dollars! I asked for before and after pictures, all I got was before. I asked for a picture of what was collected using the "big blue" vacuum and never received those pictures either.

Terrible!!! I bought a groupon for 12 vents 1 return and 1 dryer vent. They showed up and tried to sell me on $930 of other stuff. I had them add the additional 6 returns. They were in and out in 30 minutes. They didn't clean my dryer vent, they left dirt all over my floors, they scratched my brand new hardwood floors in two places, and they left dirt all over the floor in my hvac room. Terrible, awful, no good, I do not recommend!

I have a 2 unit house in scottsdale and I have never cleaned it before
They recommended a deep cleaning and to disinfect the air ducts , and I must say it's an amazing change
It feels like fresh air in the house
No more musty smell

I had dryer vent Kings come to clean my dryer vent since I just had my air duct clean with another company
The came same day and avi the tech was very nice and pleset
He went on the roof found that the cover was too tight and preventing proper air pressure
He fixed it and only charged 80 dollars
We also got a 2 years Warrenty

Purchased a Groupon for Dryer Vent Kings to inspect and clean the vents. After they cancelled the first appointment (calling from a random number), I was able to reschedule (got a call back from a different random number)... however, a different company showed up for the inspection and cleaning. The company that showed up was friendly and did okay (chipped paint around vent and only attached their hose to one vent, not 12 like on the Groupon stated).

I got a voucher from Living Social months ago but took a long time to even get an appointment. After couple months on the day of the appointment, technician came late and hurried to do minimum. He also tried to sell services worth $1000 on top of the voucher. When declined, he was very upset. He was very rude and talked very badly in front of my 4 year old child. He also yanked his equipment. Causing damage to wall, carpet, furniture etc for which he didn't even apologize.
On contacting the company, the owner promised many times over email/phone to make it right. But to this day has not compensated

Luis is one special man. When he opened the vent below my fairly new air handler he found a leak, and a defect in the installation. He was all ready to repair it when we decided that this could cause a problem with the warranty. So he treated the mold and took video explaining what he found. He cleaned my vent and spent a lot of time dealing with it all. I give him 5 stars because he was very kind and went above the call of duty. Thank you Luis!

This company pulled my coupon from groupon saying they would have me pay them directly. That meant I can't review them on Groupon.
They left things unplugged in the rooms they plugged machines in. My husband is ill and weak. I'm in a wheelchair. To reach to plug back in appliances and a floor lamp was difficult. They should have done that.
Michael tried to upsell from the groupon price of $35.00 to $300 showing me pictures of how our vents supposedly look.
I told the company before they came that I'm very sensitive to smells/odors. Michael, the lead of the two man crew, smelled
