Shawn and Ember came out, assessed all my units and showed me photos and videos of how bad my vents and units are. Apparently the smell we were smelling was really bad mold growing in the system. They cleaned and sanitized everything and I already smell a difference in the air. They both come highly recommended and are great to work with. They will be back for my 6 month remediation.

Horrible experience with the store in Indy. We purchased a Groupon. When they got to our house they wanted to do all sorts of extra work and claimed that the Groupon did not cover all of our vents. Then they wanted to do an extra 300 worth of work under our mobile home. We made an appointment for that because they seemed honest. Then the day before the appointment we got a message that they wouldn't be able to come because of truck problems but they would call the next day to reschedule. They NEVER called. In Fact it took us over two months of calling their call center to get on

Booked Jesse and Chris for vent and air duct cleaning. Super thorough in their work; cleaned all vents and AC intake ducts, inspected AC components in attic, and dryer vent. They were able to remove and disinfect mold found on my AC attic unit and provide before and after photos. Great guys, great service.

Bought a house built in 2004 and wanted to have someone out and look over everything as We've had family members houses catch fire due to dryer vents. Called to schedule a dryer vent cleaning and air duct inspection and they were out the next week. On time, friendly and super knowledgeable. Their prices can't be beat- already have them scheduled to come out and do a deep clean of the ac systems. Highly recommend!

Jesse and Jen came to do the work and they were both amazing friendly and professional. They explained the process and both showed they really cared about the quality of work they do. Jesse got up on my roof and sent me photos of all the debris and lint he cleaned out of the dryer vent. Jen helped me clean one of our largest vents from dust and showed kindness to our curious 5 year old that wouldn't stop asking her questions. I am in Coolidge, right in the middle of the highlighted service area for this company between Tucson and Mesa. I asked for a cost for dryer vent cleaning and a cost for cleaning my ac vents as the house is 10 years old and not sure if they have ever been cleaned.

Horrible customer service. Unprofessional booking experience. The owner and assistant came out to do the cleaning and upped the price. When I said I would buy a 2nd Groupon for the 2nd unit, owner said that can't be done. When I read what it says in Groupon for his coupon, he said even though it says that on the Groupon, he wouldn't let me. I told him if it's wrong then needs to be changed. He continued to argue and yell as I yelled back. If it says in writing I can purchase an additional for an additional unit, he should stand by it. Told them to leave and called Groupon and

Lazy and unprofessional booking staff. Bought the groupon and regret it. Had trouble scheduling first appointment, then after telling me since I changed my appointment (which I never did) that they were pushing it out again 2 weeks. Taken over 6 weeks to get this service. Don't waste your time. Go to someone that wants your business.
