I booked an appointment online for a 12-2 window. I received an email asking if I could move the appointment back to 2-5pm and that a tech would contact me 30 minutes before arriving. I replied that yes I could. No one called me, no one showed up. At 4:30 I called to speak to someone and check if I was on the schedule and that it got communicated. After 3 1/2 minutes of listening to their recording and waiting for the next available person, I had to leave a message. Still no return phone call. Definitely poor communication. Alex was prompt, clean and safe during COVID. He called early and said he could arrive early if we wanted him to. He had a mask and shoe booties on. He explained everything very well and took photos for me to review. I would definitely recommend this company and Alex in particular.

Put simply, Alex killed it!
I have demanding tenants with health issues and he really knocked it out of the park informing them of the benefits and keeping me COMPLETELY informed with several calls, safely outside tenant ear-reach talking about concerns and pricing (invaluable as a landlord).

Called around to get a price for dryer duct air cleaning and Pureair Services AZ had the best price. Called the following day and they were able to get me that same day late afternoon before my new dryer was to come the next day. Adam came out with a coworker and because we had never cleaned our air vents in 28 years besides a do it yourself one time they were pretty bad. Ignorance is not always bliss! Cost more to take care of the clog but definitely worth it in the end. They did a good job of cleaning up after they were done. I appreciated Adam explaining what goes on there in the walls.

Called Elite Air to come out to my house and Pure Air showed up today. Guy informed us that our ducts needed extreme cleaning in order to save our AC from breaking down. Used scare tactics on my wife for her to agree to almost $2,500 in repairs and when I got involved his story and number kept changing. By end of the day, his quote was down to $1,690 for entire house.

Called three other companies and they've never heard of "mud" in duct vents and some of other bs he was spewing.

This guy is a scam artist.

I'd venture to say most of these other reviews are fake.

I met with the Owner (Elad) about a week ago to get an estimate on how much is gonna cost to clean my air duct. He was prompt, punctual and provided very detailed information about the service and the cost.

The service was done within few hours and I must mention that when they left the house was clean and they left no mess as promised.

Best decision I made. With the kid on its way we were debating to do it or not to do it. After I saw how much dirt and dust is in those vents I know now I made a good decision. WARNING DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Not only did this company overcharge but they didn't even perform the job they said they would. I bought a coupon for a vent cleaning. When they arrived they found mold and said it should be taken care of immediately. They pressured me into getting the service that day and said they could get me a "deal". They ended up charging me $200 for the mold removal.

Then they talked to me about the dangers of not having your dryer vent vacuumed and said they could offer me a "deal" of $150 to clean it out. I scheduled it but I had a feeling
