We recently installed a heat pump for triple zone: 2 for our first floor and 1 for the basement. They were very attentive to our concerns and found a solution accordingly even though it took time; which shows how much work and effort they are willing to put into making sure their customer is satisfied. The installers were very punctual, professional and their work was neat (barely left a mess behind). Definitely recommend them for anyone looking to get a central system in their home! We are super satisfied!

Your lack of response and 2 no shows put my family at risk. As mentioned, I had my issue resolved within minutes via Climco, so I don't know how you could possibly correct the issue "at cost". Very satisfied with the service I received, I purchased from J.M. Air a Thermopompe Daikin with 3 units, one for each of the 3 floors in my cottage and one compressor. It has been 4 years and I am very satisfied and happy with the decision I made with going with J.M. Air. I was given the option to pay in installment which was helpful. The men that completed the installation were very nice and everything was cleaned once they were done with the installation. Also I have been greeted with very helpful and nice agents when reaching out to the office.

We had a very good experience with JM air. Our first contact was with Tanbir who was very professional and knowledgeable when he came to our home to assess our AC needs. He was always very responsive to all of our questions and provided us with quality service. The installation crew was very punctual and professional too. Very professional service and smooth estimation process. My father was looking for a new central system and we are very satisfied with the current system we have. I shopped around with various suppliers for a heat pump/air conditioning wall mount unit. Most suppliers didn’t answer their phone, and others didn’t return voice mails I left. JM Air replied within 20 mins. of my call. And there were 2 other suppliers that reached out a few days later. Once the home appointment was made with the 3 suppliers a very knowledgeable gentleman came to my door a few days later from JM Air. His name was Tanbir Ahmed.
