HORRIBLE! Guy claimed the AC had a small leak and charged $350 to put 3 lbs into the unit. Within a day there's nothing left in the unit and is not even blowing cool! If it drained that fast, he would have noticed the leak as he was filling it. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE. Convenient that he doesn't warranty his work. My guess is because he knew there was a problem.

Way, way back before "yelp" we found NES Mechanical systems. We probably heard about them from a neighbor or looked them up in the Yellow Pages (gasp!) We had wanted to install air conditioning and replace move our heater from a hall closet to the attic. NES to the rescue. They were wonderful. Fast forward several years. We needed to service said heater simply because it had been so long. We of course called on NES yet again. Again they were great! Prompt. Friendly. Great customer service. Finished the job on time. If you need a Air Conditioning/Heating service this place is great, it was recommended to me by close friends and decide it to try them out. They gave me a 4 hour window 10-2 they got there at 10:30 check my system they were there a little bit over an hour and everything check out good, he was were pleasant and friendly. Thank you will definitely used them again and recommended to others

This is business that really cares about the customer. They were honest, professional, and helpful in every step of the process. We could not repair the old system (more than 30 years old), so they gave us options, and let us choose what was best for us.
They have excellent communication - every call was either handled right away, or a return call was no later than the next day.
The installers were VERY careful and neat. No mess was left from one day to the next.
After the job was finished and paid for, they called again just to check how the system was running, and if we had any questions
