Our AC stopped working during a heat wave. Mike from Bryant Heating quickly diagnosed the issue was the thermostat stopped working. Despite challenges due to the wiring to this 50 year old system he was able to replace the thermostat to get the AC working again. He was also very professional in his work including patiently and clearly explaining what he was doing and what our options were. We highly recommend Bryant Heating based on this great experience.

Bryant Heating and Air Conditioning provided fantastic service. We received a detailed estimate including options for different systems to replace our heater, AC and ducting. We received phenomenal service from the office staff to the installation crew. The installers were fast, clean and kept us informed on what they were doing and how long it would take. We have been customers of Bryant Heating and Air Conditioning for over 25 years, and they have been consistently wonderful, both in technical knowledge and customer service. They divided our house into three heating/cooling zones about ten years ago and saved us some $$, as we can turn on the air/heat wherever we need it in the house. They also come twice a year to check our system to make sure everything is running correctly. They are always so friendly and so very helpful.

(A/C serviced in the spring before hot summer months. Heating system serviced in the fall before weather turns cold)
Price is right. I request same tech, Tony every 6 months and do a walk through when service complete. He knows system inside and out.
-Filters changed. Coils cleaned. Systems tested and adjusted-
Systems work great now. Completely satisfied with the group!

Erney arrived to check my AC this morning on time. He did a great job, very thorough checking and testing and cleaning the units. He is very courteous, nice, and all around good guy. In October of 2020 we hired a contractor to do a few things in our house including replacing all of our very old attic ductwork. The main reason for this was to finally get a more consistent temperature throughout the house. As it was you could walk from room to room getting different temperatures in each room. When the work was completed the temperature consistency was actually worse than ever before. Update- another great experience with Bryant Heating & A/C when our heat went out! We're pansies. It's COLD for S. Cal lately and to have the heat quit is NOT nice! We haven't needed our heating or air serviced in a long time, but we called Bryant, and as before they were always great to deal with. We have an old heater that required ordering of supplies and a couple visits to fully resolve our problem. Techs Tony and Cesar spent the most time here and did a great job- easy going, kind, Covid compliant, helpful, super efficient, great communicators, and did NOT price gouge

Still waiting for the owner to call back after following up with his offer ... but nothing! I guess I will have to deal with my brand new attic cover full of the technician's finger prints all over it!!! Not sure if I would use this company again ... need to train your newer technicians on being conscientious of being clean!

I highly recommend Bryant Heating & Air Conditioning! They are professional, honest and reliable. They fixed a problem with our furnace a couple of years ago and did a great job for a fair price. Since then, we have had their maintenance membership plan which is a great deal. They come out to check the furnace in the fall and the AC in the spring. The technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, clean and they wore a mask and maintained a safe distance from us the whole time they were here. We had a problem after our furnace maintenance was done this month and they didn't charge us to come

One of the true tests of a business is how they handle it when things go wrong, and I'm very happy with Bryant's handling of our situation.
We had our annual winter inspection with Bryant a few days ago and the technician recommended that we change the capacitor. We decided to wait on doing that because of COVID. When the technician left, our thermostat wasn't working- we checked the circuit breaker and it was fine, so we were mystified. We spent that night in the cold because we didn't have heat.

During my first consult, Matt patiently answered all my questions and explained how the process would run. The particular compressor I wanted was back-ordered (likely Covid-related delays at the manufacturer), but Margie (the scheduler) contacted me immediately to let me know. Our family had Bryant out to quote a HVAC replacement for our home. Matt showed up at exactly the prescribed time (not a time window, rather an exact time). Matt spent time to clearly explain their system and plan, further he was diligent in his observations of our home and his measurements.

I decided to purchase a annual residential maintenance contract from Bryant Heating and Air in Pasadena, CA last year. I'm so glad that I did because the service technician, Tony Jara, told me that my furnace had been installed incorrectly. This was a replacement to the original that I purchased 10+ years ago from a "weekend warrior " recommended by my sister. Tony was kind enough to advise me to contact him but I said it was too long ago plus I knew he wasn't an expert because he had friends that worked for the gas company and did installs on the side.

WOW, GOT LUCKY WITH THIS COMPANY AND WITH COREY, THE PERSON WHO CAME OUT TO TEST OUR FURNACE!! He really was very knowledgeable!!!
Gas company person was here to light the pilot on old wall furnace and then scared the hell out of me telling me that the air was not flowing out of the chute and that the flames were to yellow that it was releasing carbon monoxide!!! WHAT??? I contacted many heater repair companies, but thank god, I went with Bryant that had great reviews and has been around for years.
They do charge $69 to inspect which is not added to the additional charges if needed, but who

BE WARNED! I called a few HVAC places because the air conditioning units in my house needed basic maintenance and new filters. Bryant noted that they could come the next week, so I went with them as I could only get voicemail for some of the others.
Today, a gentleman came by to switch out filters and "performed maintenance" on both AC units in my house for $215.
