Gary was my technician, he arrived on time, and ready to work. He was very patient, nice, and knowledgeable on how to properly service/clean the HVAC. He showed me every step he was taking during the service, and explained to me what I need to do to continue to maintain the HVAC every 2-3 months. I would highly recommend Gary if you want someone who is patient, thorough, and easy to work with.

One of the worst HVAC companies out there. I had 2 service calls with this company to fix my central air that kept shutting on and off and they couldn't fix it. First I was told that my Freon levels are low and that it's not covered by my Homeowner insurance. I paid $300 out of pocket for this and technician left. As soon as he leaves my A/C stops working again within few hours. I call again for recall service and this time he tells me that my fuses is bad. I tell him it's can't be the fuse because it makes no sense. The technician continued to claim it's the fuses and proceeded to change them

A/C condensation pump went out. I contacted my home warranty company. The company that they sent out was "True Master". They had a tech out within 24 business hours which is fine. Tech (I won't mention his name in this review) arrived as scheduled. When I greeted him at front door with a " hello how are you" his response and I quote was " what is wrong , what is wrong?" Rude, unprofessional, and a scam. They were referred to us by our home warranty company to give us a second opinion on what was wrong. Their technician showed up (sullen, bored, and surly) and did his inspection. In his first inspection, he completely missed that water was dripping down from the AC onto the ceiling beams - something that was right in front of his face.

Worst company ever , American Shield contacted them through our insurance. Guy came out 3 time only to change fuse, on our AC well it is very concerning that something else must be wrong if fuses keep going out. Third time i started recording him to show American Shield what a crappy company they use. The guy Martin , just pick up his tools after seeing that the fuse went out again. He left , I called to report to Ture Master and Sam the so called boss. Told him to leave. What a joke, I will be reporting this company to BBB. DO NOT USE THEM it is a big time warning.

These people deserve less than 1 stars.
First of all, Sam didn’t even check the AC unit first. He immediately went to the backyard? Why? He wanted to check the part that was working fine and even made a comment that the unit in the back was new. We called for service for the motor in the furnace. It was weird that he wanted to look at a working piece of the AC. It feels like he was looking for something else to charge me and something that’s not really covered under my warranty.
We wanted to change the motor but he INSISTED that we need to also add Freon (wanting to charge $105 per pound

CAUTION… Here is another story of FREON SCAM... I was referred to these guys by American Home Shield home warranty when my A/C broke down. Technician came and after the diagnosis told me that HVAC needs 4lbs of Freon and it would cost me $480 out of pocket as AHS covers only $10/lb. I spoke with AHS and the agent said they need diagnostics from technician first. I told him the same and he started ranting about the AHS agreement. Technician was rude and unprofessional. If he is supposed to submit the diagnostics to AHS first I don’t know why he wanted me to pay right away. AHS is also utterly

I wish I could put 0. I am very disappointed with the way I have been treated. This contracter was sent by AHS to give a diagnosis for my 20yr old HAVC system. The tech that came out was great he was very thorough and advised me of his diagnosis. He took 1 or 2 pix and advised he would send his diagnosis in which was the condenser unit is old that is why it was not performing well & even if he fixed it he would have to keep coming back.bcz it would happen again. Had issue with my AC unit, "Aro" was sent to my home to evaluate my problem.
"Aro" looked at my unit, after I told him were a knocking sound was coming from. "Aro" disregarding my problem, came to me told me I need a new motor.
"Aro" also lied to my home insurance, Home Shield.
Reporting a bogus statement, that not even I knew about, in that report "Aro" stated I needed a new filter and also added a list of parts needed.
bye the way, "Aro" actually commented us on how clean our filter was.

We didn't choose True Master, we were assigned them due to our home warranty, American Home Shield. We've had them come over multiple times. Our A/C struggles hard to cool when it's above 90F outside, and never really gets the inside of our home below 80F in those conditions. Martin comes into my parents home. Four minutes later he's talking about putting another work order in and telling me I need to pay hundreds of dollars for unnecessary work for my elderly parents. I ask him about the first work order! He did not service anything. He did not follow the list from the warranty company. I will be writing a report to the department of consumer affairs about these practices. I paid through the warranty company for a maintenance of my unit and I was provided the list of items to be addressed. He did not address anything.

If I could give zero or negative Stars I would. True master has been sent to my house twice through Home Warranty, and both times reported to me something completely different than what was reported to the insurance company. They tell me what is wrong and then tell the insurance company that it's due to something else which voids the warranty and negates coverage. Claimed my evaporator coils were wet and ruined due to a leaking water heater. There is no way water leaking from a water heater makes the jump to the top of an evaporator to ruin the coils. This company is very professional. Ahs sent their technician Ken to my house to overhaul the air conditioner leaking, but ahs made a mistake. My overhaul is not within their scope of work, but he still works hard to help me to stop the leaking, and he is the only one the technician who brought a full set of tools for maintenance! This company was sent my AHS home warranty. Save your money and stop paying the home warranty system, it's ridiculous the hoops you have to go through to have something done. Simple paperwork from True Master can't be given because they give it to the AHS. Called AHS they tell me I have to call True Master. True Master can't provide paperwork because of COVID! How about you email me the work that you came out for for my future notes so I can provide my builder about a possible leak between the walls. Simply put don't buy AHS or deal with True Master. How companies like this

Just moved in to our condo. Twas a very hot weekend. Central AC not working normally, so we checked our home warranty policy. The warranty company sent True Master and responded right away. Arthur, our technician, was prompt, helpful and efficient. He fixed the leak, refilled the freon and offered advice. We didnt look for them. They found us. If something happens with our hvac system (hopefully not too soon), they are my go-to guys.
